"English is below. 6泊7日、Tamarind Tree Garden Resort のアーユルヴェーダパッケージに滞在しました。 初めての本格的なアーユルヴェーダ体験でしたが、心から「来て良かった」と思える場所でした。 まず、このリゾートは自然の中にあり、とても静かで、ゆったりとした時間が流れています。 「静かに、気持ちよく毎日を過ごしたい」と思っている方には本当におすすめしたい場所です。 スタッフの皆さんは、毎日とても温かく迎えてくださり、その優しさや笑顔にも本当に癒されました。 カジュアルで話しやすい雰囲気があり、滞在中の会話もとても楽しかったです。 私が不安に思ったことや細かい質問にも、いつも親身になって対応してくださいました。 食事も本当に素晴らしかったです。 毎日違うメニューが用意され、味に飽きないよう工夫されていました。 量も希望に合わせて調整してくださり、食材や料理について質問しても、嫌な顔ひとつせず丁寧に教えてくださいました。 “身体のための食事”でありながら、食べる楽しさもしっかり感じられる内容でした。 トリートメントも毎日さまざまなものを受けましたが、どれも素晴らしかったです。 特に感謝しているのは、滞在中に足の湿疹が出た際、特別に対応してくださったハーブトリートメントです。 私はいつも湿疹が治るまで2週間ほどかかるのですが、今回は1週間ほどでかなり改善しました。 本当に驚きましたし、感謝しています。 ドクターにもとても感謝しています。 20年以上悩んでいる湿疹のことや、体外受精についてまで親身に話を聞いてくださり、帰国後にどんなことを意識して生活すれば良いかまで丁寧にアドバイスしてくださいました。 単なる“施術”ではなく、人として向き合ってくれていると感じました。 お部屋もとても清潔で広々としていて快適でした。 いつでもしっかり温かいお湯が出ることにも感動しました。 お花に囲まれた空間で、外に出れば鳥のさえずりが聞こえ、馬やハリネズミを見ることもできました。 何百年も生きているのではと思うような大きな木々もあり、その空気を吸っているだけで心が落ち着きました。 朝のヨガも本当に最高でした。 鳥の鳴き声を聞きながら自然の中で行うヨガは、日本ではなかなか味わえない特別な体験でした。 そして一番驚いたのは、帰国後の自分の変化です。 身体も心もとても軽く、「こんな感覚、何年ぶりだろう」と思うほどでした。 改めて、定期的に身体をデトックスする大切さを感じました。 静かに心と身体を整えたい方に心からおすすめしたい場所です。 また必ず戻ってきたいと思います。 --- I stayed at Tamarind Tree Garden Resort for 6 nights and 7 days with their Ayurveda package. It was my first authentic Ayurveda experience, and I can truly say from my heart that I am so glad I came here. The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. If you are looking for a place where you can quietly and comfortably spend your days, I highly recommend this resort. All of the staff warmly welcomed me every single day, and their kindness and smiles were truly healing. The atmosphere was casual and easygoing, which made conversations during my stay very enjoyable. Whenever I had concerns or small questions, they always listened carefully and supported me with genuine care. The food was also wonderful. Every day, different meals were prepared, and there was always creativity to keep the flavors interesting and enjoyable. They kindly adjusted the portion sizes according to my requests, and whenever I asked questions about ingredients or dishes, they explained everything patiently and kindly. The meals felt nourishing for the body while still being delicious and enjoyable. I received many different treatments every day, and all of them were excellent. What I am especially grateful for was the special herbal treatment they gave me when I developed eczema on my leg during my stay. Normally, it takes about two weeks for my eczema to heal, but this time it improved significantly within about one week. I was honestly surprised and deeply thankful. I am also very grateful to the doctor. I was able to talk openly about the eczema I have struggled with for more than 20 years, as well as my IVF journey. The doctor kindly advised me not only during my stay, but also about how I should take care of myself after returning home. I truly felt that they cared about me as a person, not just as a guest receiving "
