"Maybe it was due to off season and staff shortage but the food was barely edible. Bedsheet was torn, tt table and bat were broken. Had to cut our stay from 2 nights to 1. Requested the front desk if they could adjust the food bill in second night amount but it was denied. Would not recommend this property in off season."

The staff is truly amazing — extremely helpful, service-oriented, and always ready to assist. When we requested a room change, they handled it without any hassle, which made the experience even better. The food was homely, delicious, and comforting. What stood out most was the staff’s genuine care about food quality. They kept checking for feedback and made sure we were happy, which is a level of attention even many 4- and 5-star hotels do not offer. The location of the property is simply stunning. On a clear morning, we were fortunate to see the beautiful Himalayan range and Nanda Devi peak, which made our stay unforgettable. The weather in April was also very pleasant, adding to the overall charm of the place. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a lovely eco concept, which we really appreciated. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily recommend Chevron Eco Lodge to anyone visiting Kausani."
