"All positive. A fantastic hotel, with pools and a seaside area too. Several restaurants and bars, offering all inclusive. The food is varied, and there is an emphasis on fresh food and local Cretan dishes. Even the mini bar is free. The hotel is in it's own bubble. You don't need to leave until you travel home. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very clean. The white mountain range is behind you, and has snow capped tops now (May) although we are sat out in temperatures up to 25c. Each evening there is entertainment and this varies in format (acrobatics, dancers, classical etc) If you want a place to chill and escape life's pressures, look no further. If you want to explore Crete, you'd be best to head over to the Heraklion area. There are a lot of steps around the hotel, so not sure how access for wheelchairs is sorted out, but there are guests staying with mobility assistance needed. Really enjoying the stay. Highly recommend."

"We were there at the end of May/beginning of June and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped. The staff mostly speak German and are very courteous, helpful, and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious. There are many international dishes, a salad bar, and a main course and dessert bar. The restaurant staff are very efficient, fast, and clean. They are always immediately helpful. The pool area is clean and well-equipped. We had an all-inclusive package and enjoyed very tasty and high-quality alcoholic drinks. The bar area is very cozy. The sea is less than 40 meters away. Of course, this also depends on the room. We will definitely be back next year and are thrilled. Many thanks also to our tour guide, Tareck. He was always helpful and supportive, speaks fluent German, and recommended and organized many activities for us. Thank you so much!"
