"I love this hotel but this last time I booked through trip.con and I didn't make it to the room and trip.com agreed to refund if the hotel accepted it but they didn't so that means they got paid for me staying the night when I didn't and I even called hotel and they said they would accept it so I could get the refund but they didn't follow through so now I lost out on 73$ and being without a home right now that's a big loss to me..."

"Didn't get the room I paid for. Said that the sheets were black the night prior which is a lie I went took shower and went to sleep so no way it was black I paid for a king size bed and they gave me 2 queens and the sink was clogged and no wash rags and the lights didn't work we had to walk in dark to find a lamp one didn't have light bulb and the other worked when it wanted"
