"I recently stayed at Serene Vita Retreat with my parents, daughter, and a friend's family, and the overall experience was excellent. The environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing multigenerational vacation. The hotel team was incredibly helpful in booking boats and arranging dinners, making things very convenient for the family. The spa was also very professional and was one of the highlights of our trip. It's an understated yet thoughtfully designed place, ideal for family travel."

"The plus side is that it's next to the pier where you depart for Rabbit Island. Breakfasts at the hotel are sometimes ordered individually from their menu, and other times they prepare a buffet. The food is so-so, and the drinks aren't great. They speak English very poorly. The hotel itself is clean, but it's next to a residential area and the roosters crow. After 8 PM, it's quiet and nothing is open around there. There's a pool, and it feels secluded and hidden from everyone. The rooms are spacious. We wouldn't go there a second time…"

"The resort is set in the middle of the jungle. Breakfast offers many options, but we unfortunately got food poisoning there. The pools are lovely, especially if you have kids, but there isn’t much to do in the surrounding area beyond Kampot pepper farms, a jungle trail, and Kep’s crab market. Be mindful of the monkeys: they stole a dress we left outside, and during breakfast a staff member uses a slingshot to keep them away from the buffet."

"What I liked in Kep is just this hotel, so I extended for 3 days. If you're tired of constant movement and you need to reboot, you need to be here. You live here as in a botanical garden, quiet, pool and a full relaxation. Thank you very much to the service staff for their kindness and good service."

"The location is good: close to the beach but not on the beach. The staff is not cool and extra-charged my friends (2 adults and one kid) for an extra-bed while they and had ordered a room for 3 people...that came with one bed only (exactly the same room as mine, just more expensive). On the ground floor, rooms have a small terrace directly next to the pool. But nobody cleans it. The swimming poo itselfl is really nice. The breakfast is really not good. I do not recommend it."

"Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!"

"Knai Bang Chatt was truly impressive. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and full of history. Although the property has been around for many years, it has been very well maintained, with so much care and character in every corner. The staff were excellent and made the stay even more memorable. From the first day, they kindly showed us around the resort, explained its history, and assisted us with everything we needed. Even late at night, they still made sure to escort us safely back to our room, which was very thoughtful. Although the resort is not directly on the beach, staying here felt like being in a quiet, private world away from everything. The atmosphere was calm, charming, and deeply relaxing. I would highly recommend Knai Bang Chatt to anyone visiting Kep. It is the kind of place everyone should experience at least once."

"Valuable hotel with wonderful pool, great enough to swim. The location is a bit far but this is not specific to the hotel. Kep city is fragmentated and the city centre is not really si far. The staff us very nice, rooms are big and modern. I would suggest to add light above the sink in the bathroom and above the desk in the bedroom."

"I stayed at PHKACHAN KEP BOUTIQUE and it was great! It's really near Kep Beach. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The staff were friendly and helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel to others!"
