"On the way from Shanghai to Luoqi whale watching, I stayed in this small city. I found this hotel temporarily. The aunt at the front desk of the hotel was very good. The breakfast was set. There were many restaurants on the roadside at night. I found a barbecue restaurant. It should be quite Chinese. You can pay by WeChat and Alipay. The barbecue tastes good and the price is not high. I feel that the small city of Daodong has a feeling of time stagnation. I may not come here again in the future. Take a note!"

"Located on the shores of Lake Saroma, facing west, this hotel offers excellent sunset views. The onsen (hot spring) is quite nice, with facilities on both floors, and the dinner buffet is well worth the price. The hotel has been open for a while, and there's a persistent issue with the ventilation units or air conditioning units experiencing low-frequency resonance. Luckily, I brought earplugs and wasn't bothered while sleeping; all three rooms we booked had this problem. The second-floor Japanese-style villas have traditional decor, outdated facilities, and small bathrooms, but the bedrooms are spacious and include a small terrace. I would recommend the lake-view rooms on the fourth floor. They're newly renovated, the showers are very comfortable (no need to step into the bathtub!), and the bedrooms are large enough to suit modern lifestyles."

"The first thing you'll notice when you enter your room is the wonderful aroma of tea. The hospitality of the tea incense burner is soothing. The hot spring water is extremely fresh, flowing directly from the source. The water is smooth and soft, with a nice alkaline quality. The buffet has a wide variety of seafood (crab, shrimp, tuna, shellfish) and meat (duck, pork, beef, lamb), and it's very delicious. The staff also greet you whenever they pass by, which makes you feel warm inside."

No matter the city, the rooms have the same design, are consistently clean, offer free breakfast, and the staff are polite. So I never worried about the rooms! The mint bath packs were very useful."

"Pros: The hotel is good for its price, and the staff are friendly. They will give you a paper instructions in English to understand the hotel system. Cons: The breakfast is limited to Japanese-style food (such as row eggs,,etc)which may not be suitable for international guests with dietary restrictions or food preferences that differ from standard Japanese cuisine. Also, the staff declined to clean my room on the second day, saying that room cleaning was not included in my booking!"

"It had the atmosphere of a traditional hot spring inn, but the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were also very polite. And the hot spring was really good. The open-air bath felt lukewarm because it was a free-flowing hot spring, probably because it was cold outside, but I enjoyed the indoor bath. The lounge was only open for a short time, so next time I think I don't need to get a plan that includes the lounge. I was able to purchase discount tickets to the nearby aquarium and red fox farm at the front desk. I would definitely like to visit again if I have the opportunity."
