Henn na Hotel Komatsu Ekimae

"Very good! Comfortable! I've been traveling all over the country, so I've been interested in Henna Hotels for a while, but this was my first time staying there. It's surprisingly close to the station! So convenient! And the room is comfortable! The chairs are comfortable, especially for remote work. The mugs are high-quality and cute, and the bed has a special original mattress. The toilet and sink are spacious, easy to use, and comfortable! The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is also spacious, and the bathtub is large enough, so I felt like I was at home. What's more, the special closet that can disinfect pollen, remove wrinkles, and sterilize is really great; I've never seen anything like it in any other hotel! I put various clothes in it and sterilized them multiple times. The TV is large, and they even provided a cable for mirroring. The staff were also very kind, and I'm really grateful! I was given a room on the top floor, so I couldn't hear any footsteps, but I could hear voices from the next room. Overall, it was very comfortable, so I think I'll try Henna Hotels in other prefectures next time."

"I chose three hot spring hotels this time, as I always do when I visit. This one was by far the worst of them all. The Japanese dolls and paintings in the hallway were absolutely terrifying and gave me the creeps. Coupled with the hotel's 1300-year history, that long corridor was genuinely spooky. The walk to the dining area and the baths was incredibly long. The lobby had a strange incense smell, but it was those eerie dolls in the hallway that scared me to death; it was just too much! On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located near the Traditional Craft Village, and they offer shuttle services to Kuritsu and Kaga. But honestly, it was so scary, I'll never book an old, historic hotel again."

"There is free coffee service on the first floor and croissants in the rooms. There are quite a few restaurants around the hotel, so it was convenient. This time I got a small twin room, but next time I'd like to get a slightly larger room."

"The rooms were a bit old but very clean. The hot spring area was spacious and comfortable, but remember to bring your own towels to the hot spring area, as the towels provided by the hotel were a bit thin and rough. It is recommended that the hotel replace them. There are many children's play facilities, and the area is quite large, so children can have a lot of fun. The buffet dinner was plentiful and delicious, and the food was replenished appropriately."
