"Portnovi Resort is a really great resort. The first impression was really great. A guy whose name is Dejan met us in the garage and kindly escorted us to the reception where we checked in. After that, the same guy showed us the whole complex in a buggy and kindly answered our questions. Later, he helped us with our luggage and hosted us in our room, and after that he further explained to us what we have in the room, and how the whole resort works, as well as what we have included in our price. To be praised! As for the resort, everything is clean and tidy, which is another big plus. The food is really good and tasty. The resort is located in an excellent location, not far from Tivat airport. It's quiet overnight. What I would also like to mention is that everything is well organized. Super trip for every recommendation!"

"Service: Excellent! The staff were very efficient with positive, smiling attitudes, and respected guest privacy but were always there when needed. I especially loved the gym – they had water, protein powder, and even thoughtfully labeled the energy content of the Choco bar. This is currently my top hotel! They even gave a farewell gift when I checked out. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience :)"

"Pros: Resort is new and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Lots of fountains. Cons: the guys at the reception, despite all the efforts, are not trained enough (for example, did not bother to explain what facilities the resort has...). Breakfast at the Pearl restaurant has extremely limited choice of food. The guy who makes the eggs needs to be taught how not to burn the omelet... the beach is located such that it misses the great sinery of the Kotor bay... In overall, the place is good, but service and breakfast could have been better. "

"We stayed at Hedera Kumbor in June 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The apartment offered a breathtaking view from the balcony, with the sea just across the road on the first line. The location is excellent, surrounded by numerous waterfront cafés, restaurants, and charming small beaches, all within a short walking distance. The property itself was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Montenegro. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Ana, the owner, who kindly arranged our airport transfer on the day of departure. Her hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. This is definitely a place we would love to return to, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bay of Kotor."

"A superb hotel in a prime location. The rooms are modernly furnished. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We absolutely disagree with the poor reviews regarding the food. The selection is very varied, and we enjoyed it. The only thing that bothered us was that loungers on the beach are only available from June 1st. We were told this upon inquiry; perhaps this should also be mentioned in the hotel description. They should react more quickly, because with glorious sunshine and lots of guests, it can be confusing. A little tip... If you don't necessarily want to lie on the rocks, simply take the patio chairs down to the beach."
