"Portnovi Resort is a really great resort. The first impression was really great. A guy whose name is Dejan met us in the garage and kindly escorted us to the reception where we checked in. After that, the same guy showed us the whole complex in a buggy and kindly answered our questions. Later, he helped us with our luggage and hosted us in our room, and after that he further explained to us what we have in the room, and how the whole resort works, as well as what we have included in our price. To be praised! As for the resort, everything is clean and tidy, which is another big plus. The food is really good and tasty. The resort is located in an excellent location, not far from Tivat airport. It's quiet overnight. What I would also like to mention is that everything is well organized. Super trip for every recommendation!"

"The environment and service are good, the room is big, and there is a shuttle bus to take you to restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. The facilities are not as complete as expected. The restaurants in the hotel are not very delicious and the price-performance ratio is low. You can eat near the hotel. I recommend a restaurant called noa! ! It's delicious"

"This hotel is in a peaceful location but rather isolated. It is very hilly and difficult to walk around for those less mobile. For those wishing to use a bus you have to climb many steps to reach the main road. Not ideal for those less fit. The hotel really is catering for the French, Polish and German clientele, although the reception did their best to assist. No porter in residence to help with luggage on arrival. No English speaking channels on TV. Food extremely boring and monotonous. No draws to put your personal belongings in, and rooms totally devoid of any personality. This hotel only offers shelving space to put away your clothes, such as tea shirts have to be piled up on each other. No stool to sit on where a large slab of wood is the replacement for a dressing table etc. There is a charge of 20 Euros deposit to use a hotel towel for the beach or swimming pool. This hotel caters for families and certainly not people of mature age."
