The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including pastries and fruits that kids love, as well as a fresh made-to-order station with fresh ingredients. The hotel also has a gym and free parking, though the lack of a swimming pool is a minor drawback. It's conveniently located near Kunming Waterfall Park and the Botanical Garden, making it easy to reach attractions if you're driving. Flora at the front desk was efficient with check-in and proactively offered welcome fruits and children's snacks. Any requests were promptly addressed; I heard a story about a guest with two children who requested rooms on the same floor, and the manager immediately helped upgrade them. The concierge and housekeeping staff were all polite and considerate. Overall, it's highly recommended and offers great value for money.

Traveling to Yunnan with my kids, we planned to visit the wildlife park. I checked and saw this place was close by, so we chose it, and it was surprisingly good! The room was tidy and clean, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety. We were very satisfied with the food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The service of this hotel is impressive, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, convenient to the city and attractions, the transportation is convenient and there is a subway station next to it, the price of the hotel is reasonable and cost-effective, it is a hotel worth staying at.

The owner is so nice and helpful. The washroom was very uncomfortable and needed repair. There was no tissue, soap, towel or anything that was needed.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The family room was decorated so adorably, with colorful cartoon bedding that created a wonderful atmosphere. The wall colors were soft and soothing, and the all-wood wardrobes provided ample storage. The linens and towels were clean and fluffy. The room's window offered a fantastic view directly overlooking Kunming's unique antique-style buildings. Throughout the hotel, exquisite potted plants were strategically placed, creating a beautiful Chinese ambiance at every turn. The location is superb; right outside, you can find authentic Sichuan-Yunnan style noodles, and the surrounding commercial area and old streets are easily accessible. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It's perfectly suited whether you're traveling with kids or on your own.

I went out to travel by myself, went to the room booked at the door, and after I entered, it was indeed the same as the picture. The room had air conditioning, TV, and disposable supplies. The toilet was very rainy and the bath was super comfortable. Going out is Nanping Street and Kunming Old Street, Michelle Ice City and Mingchuang Youpin are also next to it. I have to say that there are so many people who dismantle the blind box of Minchuang Youpin. I have lived in their home before, and I went to the Blue Flowers side. Sleeping at night is comfortable and no noise, and it is convenient to do anything on the street. The room cleaning is also super clean, and it gives people a very refreshing and clean feeling when you go in. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is close to the old street, which is very lively, and there's a snack street downstairs. Shuncheng shopping mall is right next door, making it super convenient for shopping. The room size is moderate. Being in the city center, it can be a bit noisy, but the smart room features are a nice touch.

I absolutely love this hotel! The design is outstanding, no wonder it made it onto Trip.com's list of best-designed hotels in Kunming. It's surrounded by greenery, has a unique style, is clean and spacious. It's located right near the old street Jinmafang, making transportation very convenient. Their coffee shop is also excellent; the complimentary afternoon tea and cake were delicious and beautifully presented. It's an excellent place to stay when visiting Kunming.

This hotel is incredibly thoughtful, beyond words! It's simply amazing, truly exceptional service. I initially chose to book the Mengjing Xiyue Hotel because I saw many recommendations on Xiaohongshu, especially praising the hotel's rooftop and balconies, which looked beautiful. I never expected that after actually checking in, I'd find the hotel's service and attention to detail even more surprising! The day before check-in, the hotel staff proactively contacted us to ask about our room setup preferences for the romantic room type. Even before checking in, I could already feel their immense dedication. The hygiene also made me feel very secure! The elevator, rooms, and lobby are disinfected daily, and the towels and amenities in the room are individually packaged. Both the room and bathroom were kept exceptionally clean. For guests who value cleanliness and hygiene, this truly provides great peace of mind. What touched me the most were these thoughtful little details! My feet were aching from days of shopping, even a bit inflamed, so I went to the front desk to ask the staff if they had a foot bath. To my surprise, the staff immediately sent a foot bath to my room, and even included herbal sachets for soaking my feet! My hands were chapped and cracking due to the dry weather, so I also inquired at the front desk. The staff thoughtfully provided hand cream. These are services that are not 'mandatory,' yet they were willing to proactively help. It truly makes you feel: this hotel genuinely cares about its guests' experiences. Breakfast is also served individually, and the portions are incredibly generous! And it's not just the quantity; the taste is also excellent, especially the tomato and egg noodle soup – I've truly loved it these past few days! In the lobby, there's also a popcorn machine + various floral teas that you can mix and match! You can enjoy freshly popped popcorn every day~ You can also choose your own floral tea, put it in a small paper cup, and take it back to your room to sip while watching TV. And every evening, there are delicious 'goodnight' desserts prepared. After a long day of exploring, returning to the hotel and finding these little surprises waiting for you is truly wonderful. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've felt: 'I had such a happy stay, I almost didn't want to check out.' It's not because the hotel is luxurious, but because every small detail makes you feel their immense dedication. If I ever come back to Kunming, I will definitely stay here again! I genuinely loved this stay experience~ Thank you, Mengjing Xiyue, for adding another warm memory to this trip. P.S.: I hope the hotel can consider adding one or two more washing machines and dryers. Because sometimes in the evening, when washing clothes, there are quite a few guests using them, and you have to wait for quite a while.
