The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the bus and metro stations. The breakfast is fantastic, with a great variety including rice noodles, steamed buns, congee, and fried rice. They also offer milk for kids, and freshly squeezed soy milk. The laundry room is a huge plus, especially the dryer – it's super convenient. You can wash your clothes in 20 minutes and dry them in an hour!

This hotel boasts an elegant and sophisticated New Chinese design, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It's incredibly family-friendly, making it perfect for a leisurely trip to Kunming with kids. The public areas are great for photos, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. The rooms are spacious and airy, offering excellent mountain and city views. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for children. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and they can provide a baby crib and children's amenities. The mini-bar, high-speed WiFi, and smart devices are all comprehensive, and the room is meticulously clean with no unpleasant odors. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including pastries and fruits that kids love, as well as a fresh made-to-order station with fresh ingredients. The hotel also has a gym and free parking, though the lack of a swimming pool is a minor drawback. It's conveniently located near Kunming Waterfall Park and the Botanical Garden, making it easy to reach attractions if you're driving. Flora at the front desk was efficient with check-in and proactively offered welcome fruits and children's snacks. Any requests were promptly addressed; I heard a story about a guest with two children who requested rooms on the same floor, and the manager immediately helped upgrade them. The concierge and housekeeping staff were all polite and considerate. Overall, it's highly recommended and offers great value for money.

The service of this hotel is impressive, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, convenient to the city and attractions, the transportation is convenient and there is a subway station next to it, the price of the hotel is reasonable and cost-effective, it is a hotel worth staying at.

The owner is so nice and helpful. The washroom was very uncomfortable and needed repair. There was no tissue, soap, towel or anything that was needed.

Great stay near Kunming Old Town – Amazing staff!Highly recommended 3-star hotel in a prime location. Mr. Lee (小李 ) and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. He even gave me perfect instructions to visit ”Sleeping Beauty” and the Dragon Gate (Longmen).The Room: The exterior and furniture look a bit old (3/5 for furniture), but the room is clean and comfortable. The shower has great water pressure, and the hotel provides free, unlimited bottled water. Breakfast is decent, and they offer takeaway breakfast bags from 7:20 AM for early tours.The Location: Just a 5-minute walk to Kunming Old Town. There is lots of cheap food nearby, including a fruit market across from the hospital selling 10 RMB coconuts. Buy silver make sure is 999.9 price around RMB29- RMB33/gram

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's so convenient to get anywhere, with tons of shopping malls nearby, making it perfect for shopping and dining. Transportation is a breeze too; the Wuyi Road B exit of Metro Line 3 can take you to various places. Everything you want to visit is incredibly close. Kunming Old Street is just a few hundred meters away, and Nanping Pedestrian Street is right downstairs, offering plenty to explore and lots of snacks. There are also many street vendors on Nanping Pedestrian Street. The room is newly renovated in a trendy 'cream style,' and the facilities and environment are very new. The bed is super soft, and it features smart home technology throughout, with all amenities provided. The front desk staff provided exceptional and incredibly polite service.

The location is fantastic. There's a charming cafe on the third floor that's part of the hotel – I highly recommend their coffee butter latte and freshly baked pizza. The hotel itself has three floors. It's close enough to walk to shopping, and you can easily find breakfast nearby. Getting to tourist attractions is also very convenient.

Another cute, hidden gem. Tucked away in Nanping Pedestrian Street, so they come out to meet you after taxi drops you off and help you and your luggage in. I had booked this as a surprise ending to our 5th Anniversary, 30 days through China trip. They did a wonderful job specializing the room. The bed art was so cute that we joked about leaving it and sleeping on the sofa! The only thing missing is a mini fridge. Everything else in the room was just perfect. More than enough room for 2 people. Easy walking distance to food and shopping. In fact, across the street there is a huge shopping complex with many malls. The front desk staff did a wonderful job of trying to help us. One of the wheels on our suitcase broke on the way. He first called around to find a repair shop. Then called a luggage vendor in the mall to see if anyone could help. This was another location that had a beautiful rooftop location where we could sit, play cards, enjoy the night lights while doing our laundry. Unfortunately, we only spent 1 night here, but we would return again to do more exploring.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was tidy. The biggest surprise was the amazing atmosphere in the common areas, with a terrace, bar, and restaurant – perfect for chatting with travelers from all over the world in the evening. The staff were super friendly and patiently helped resolve any issues. It's highly recommended for backpackers, solo travelers, and small study groups. Great value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Kunming!
