"Good afternoon, we stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed it. It was spotlessly clean, with crisp white linens and towels, everything was new, and it was very cozy. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, and you'd be hard-pressed to eat them all. Everything was fresh and delicious. In the mornings, they play soft, soulful music for breakfast. You can eat while listening to the music and admiring the mountains—it's beautiful! The hotel is a bit far from the center of Kvareli, but it's very cozy, quiet, and intimate! The owner deserves a special mention; she's a wonderful, warm, intelligent, and beautiful woman (like a mother)! Thank you very much for helping and advising you if you have any questions or difficulties. If you're going to stay in Kvareli, I'd definitely recommend staying there!"

"We stayed at Pabellón Hotel with a family and it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful view on vineyards and a calm hasseless atmosphere with wonderful service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, giving families enough room to move around. Waking up to the vineyard views was a hit for all of us, and the peaceful setting makes it very family-friendly. Breakfasts are nice, simple and tasty. I loved the coscous salad. In general they have a wonderful choice of vegan options for breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was just great. Food was traditional Georgian cuisine, but with a bit of modern twist. Which made it very interesting. I loved small details and a extremely well thought setting of crockery and silverware. Small touch that speaks for itself. What stood out most was the staff. They were kind, patient, and particularly attentive with children. Our older daughter attended the educational workshop which she enjoyed a lot. There were churchkhela masterclasses happening in the yard, too, which we didnt attend, but saw that people were having fun there."

"Location beautiful. Breakfast excellent and the restaurants good too. Some staff don’t speak good English. When we arrived at 2.45pm we were told one room ready and one was not yet, even though check in is meant to be 3pm they made us wait past 3pm with our two young children. The first day the pool was green and cloudy and we were told the water was fine and it has just turned like this due to heavy rain the previous night. The next day I asked reception to check if the pool was now clean and blue rather than green and they seemed reluctant to ask maintenance and said something in Georgian under their breath which the bell boy sniggered at, extremely unprofessional by Myriami on reception and made us feel uncomfortable for trying to ensure the health of our young children. The pool was thankfully better by our second day of our stay"

"We've wanted to visit this hotel for a long time, and the disappointment we experienced is beyond words. Let me break it down: 1) It started right at the entrance. We were held at the gate for almost 20 minutes while the security guard, on the phone with reception, tried to find our booking. A huge line of other unfortunate drivers piled up behind us. We spent 29 minutes in a hot car, stuck at the barrier! When I got out, I saw a dead bird lying right by the security booth. When I pointed out the carcass, they just laughed and shrugged, saying 'accident' 😡 2) When we booked, we selected breakfast + dinner. But after checking in, we were told we only had breakfast and lunch, and that lunch was ending in thirty minutes, so 'do what you want!' We then had to wave our booking confirmation from Trip.com around. It took another 20 minutes as the reception staff leisurely looked at their monitors, then at our booking, made some calls, and finally, with a sanctimonious look, informed us they had 'changed' our lunch to dinner (yeah, that's exactly what we booked in the first place). 3) The shower hose in our room was leaking. We called to ask for it to be fixed, but no one ever showed up for our entire stay. We ended up showering with water spraying everywhere, and the floor would turn into a small lake by the end of it. 4) Rusty nails were sticking out of the wooden floor on the balcony – tetanus shot, anyone? 5) Do you think when we went for dinner, they just let us in without question? Of course not! We had to endure another 30 minutes of arguments about why we supposedly had lunch instead of dinner! The only positive was the surrounding nature – but that's certainly not Lopot's achievement!"

"The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything—from the location and stunning views to the beautiful interior—made our stay truly unforgettable. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the pool and saunas are absolutely amazing, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind. The staff deserves special recognition for their professionalism and kindness. From the reception team—Mariami, Levani, and Giorgi—to Giorgi from the restaurant, everyone was attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help. Unfortunately, I did not manage to remember all the staff members’ names, but every single person we interacted with was genuinely warm and truly understands what excellent service means. You can clearly see that the management puts great effort into training and supporting their team. The food was another highlight. Breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner, was very, very delicious. The combination of European and Georgian cuisine offers a wide variety of choices, making it comfortable and enjoyable for everyone to find something they love. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations and made our time with friends truly special. I would highly recommend it and would gladly return again."
