"Unfortunately, the room smelled of urine and dog. The carpets were dirty. Full of dark stains. The bed was clean and the pillow cases were clean. The restroom was okay but the tub was so unkempt we chose to not to shower. The tile looked like it had scum or mold… whatever it was we stayed away from it. We payed for two days but only stayed one night. When I checked out, I asked for a receipt and was told that I couldn’t receive a receipt for the one night stay. Thankfully, I was able to call *********** and they helped me to get a refund because the company didn’t answer their calls to settle the matter. Would not recommend staying here. I hate to leave a review like this but, it’s true."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were the best hotel beds I've ever slept in. Yes, the hotel is older and shows some wear but it was clean and neat. The street noise is noticeable, but tolerable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."
