Hotel am Westend ★★★
"I have booked a room in this hotel on a professional basis and was not informed about the check-out times at arrival. When I finally checked out with 2 hours of delay because I was professionally prevented, I was calculated for a whole day, with the reason that it is anyway the company pays. No other guests were hindered at my delay and the room was just laid with my pocket in the hall. This experience has disappointed me and I will not book any room with my colleagues in the future. Apart from the non-shocking behaviour, the rooms are poorly equipped and heating has not worked. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not correct here. The attitude of the hotel towards my company that the costs are taken over anyway, I feel unprofessional and shows how the clients are treated here. I can therefore not recommend this hotel to anyone."
Palais Wunderlich ★★★★
"Very nice stay! We stayed 3 nights from Tursday evening to Sunday morning. Very quiet and well thougt through accommodation! Clean and very organised, with everything you need. Usually i’m allergic to hotelrooms but no sign of any allergic reaction at this place! The owners used a lot of natural elements and materials, which really makes the diffrence. Very friendly and helpful host and is open to any questions and suggestions. If you come by car, its the perfect place to stay if you plan on going to Europa Park. We will definitely book again!"
Hotel-Restaurant Adler ★★★★
