Excellent hotel! The location is perfect, close to tourist attractions and public transportation. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Very clean and very good attention of all staff

The stay was amazing, I was very afraid because I was alone, but it was all perfect, from the passage to the hosting. All the very educated staff, everything I asked was asked. I was a little bit more than the one I had to see that I would like a room with a mirror and a good light, and thanks to God they put a room with a beautiful mirror to take a picture, and I had two single beds, even if I was alone. I asked for my checkout to be until midday, but it was not allowed, but it was nothing that was caught, because from 11 to midday it didn't change it. And I could stay at the reception, which was also very comfortable and had taken. The rooms were adaptable to Brazil and had two in the room and one in the bathroom, and the bathroom had a dryer. I had shampoo, air conditioner, savon, the towels were exchanged every day I was there, they made my bed and it was all perfect, the room was very clean, beautiful and pleasant. The room had not seen it, but it was not something that disturbed me, because I was just walking on the street. The location of the hotel is very good, a street next to Corrientes Avenue, a little far from Obelisco, but for those who do not see a problem walking and knowing the whole street, who has a lot of diversity shops, it is worth it. Just at the corner of the Corrientes Avenue that gives to the hotel, you have a very good sweet dress, costing R$ 950. I also liked breakfast, only one day that was not mosquito egg and was cooked, but I think it's something cultural. It had many medals, many sweet options, milk sweets, cheese, butter, juices, danoes, sugars, cheese, melting, and many options: bread, salt, Swiss bread, coffee, milk. On the checkout day, 6750 pesos were collected, which was reported on the first day.

The location is excellent, right by the pedestrian street next to the Obelisco, with easy access to many bus routes for convenient travel. It's also within walking distance of all the main attractions. There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making daily life very convenient. The room was tidy, clean, and spacious, but there was no kettle. Hot and cold drinking water was available 24/7 on the second floor. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, although a few didn't speak English and required a translation app, but everything was handled without issues.

The whole wall and the door have paint off. The hall is beautiful. At night, the lights in the corridor are dimmer. In the evening, you need to open the door with a key tag. As soon as I entered the door, the room had a fragrance, which was just thick and tasted pleasant. I slept well. In the morning, people outside the room will be heard walking and talking The sheets are balled up, not skin-friendly enough. The TV is turned on, loading is slow, and after successful opening, it is the YouTube page. The sink has hot water, which is very good. Shower showers are not handheld. The bathroom is small and has dry and wet separation. There are laundry, cafe, supermarket, small shop, several ice cream shops near the hotel. To find various restaurants, you have to go far. At 11 p.m., there is also an ice cream shop, a Chinese Peruvian dish and a burdock shop. The trash cans on the streets near the hotel are poorly hygienic, smelly, garbage is turned out, there are feces everywhere, and there are sleepers. The hotel is closest to the Temple of the Virgin Rose. Go to May Square, the Athenian Bookstore, some distance.

The hotel is in a central part of BA, great location. The rooms are clean and big! Personal at the reception are very smart and can assist with suggestions of a restaurant or taking care of a luggage. I am grateful for their help and hospitality.

I was on a business trip to Argentina, and this hotel is located in the central area of Buenos Aires, not far from the coast. It's surrounded by good public transport and plenty of shops, and close to the Colón Theatre, the Presidential Palace, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, but the breakfast was absolutely not suitable for a Chinese palate. It was just toast and ham, along with various desserts – honestly, even Ibis offers better. What's more, the gym at this supposedly four-star hotel is pathetic. The equipment looks like it's from the last century, and the space is no bigger than two restrooms. I'm speechless. They also don't offer towel changes during the day; I stayed for four nights and never got fresh towels, which is truly frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

The hotel is centrally located and it’s very easy and cheap to get around using Uber or DiDi. The room had good space and natural light, felt very clean, and was serviced daily. One small issue was that there was no bottled or filterwater in the room, and I didn’t know that tap water is drinkable in Argentina. Since there was no information provided, I ended up going thirsty the first night. It would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about this. Otherwise, the staff were always friendly and smiling. The included breakfast was simple but good enough for a light start to the day, and I liked that there’s a grill machine to make toasties. The room was basic but comfortable, with a good bed and a safe box. Overall, it was good value for money and I would consider staying again.

Average 3* hotel in LA. I would like a cleaner cleaning. In my opinion the hotel lacks attention from the service staff.
