"Well, first of all, when I arrived, I didn't see any signage. It looked a bit like Men in Black, with transparent doors and a hallway with two people sitting at a table. That's where the confusion ends. The elevator is right behind them, where they're escorted out, and all the instructions are sent via WhatsApp during the ride up. The view from the window, naturally, doesn't match the ”city view” advertised when you booked it, unless, of course, you consider the entire downtown area littered with trash, in which case it's fine. Incidentally, it is. The location is excellent, on the main street that ends at the obelisk, making it easy to stroll. The food is understandable: there are tons of restaurants for every taste, and the meat, of course, is fantastic."

"The hotel is centrally located and it’s very easy and cheap to get around using Uber or DiDi. The room had good space and natural light, felt very clean, and was serviced daily. One small issue was that there was no bottled or filterwater in the room, and I didn’t know that tap water is drinkable in Argentina. Since there was no information provided, I ended up going thirsty the first night. It would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about this. Otherwise, the staff were always friendly and smiling. The included breakfast was simple but good enough for a light start to the day, and I liked that there’s a grill machine to make toasties. The room was basic but comfortable, with a good bed and a safe box. Overall, it was good value for money and I would consider staying again."

"The hotel is in a central part of BA, great location. The rooms are clean and big! Personal at the reception are very smart and can assist with suggestions of a restaurant or taking care of a luggage. I am grateful for their help and hospitality."

"The location is very good. There is a hot pot restaurant next to it. It is located in the city center. It is very convenient to take a taxi there. However, because it was built around 1933, there is a bit of smell in the room."

"The men at the front desk were great. However, the housekeeper stole my pair of Fendi earrings that I did complain about at check out after I realized it was missing. I am very disappointed in that because I didn’t even ask for my room to be cleaned. It was stolen during the cleaning process."

"Tripeca Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are surprisingly big, giving you plenty of space to relax and unpack comfortably. The location is excellent — close to everything you need and perfect for exploring the area on foot. "The rooms are spacious and bright, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location of the hotel is convenient, the Capitol and the Obelisk are all within walking distance. Breakfast is quite rich, but the lack of hot food is also the only deficiency. Pepito - Restaurant y Parrilla al Carbón, a rotisserie in the north of the hotel, is a traditional old restaurant with grilled rib-eye steaks that are tender and juicy, not expensive, and recommended. If you come to Buenos Aires next time, you will choose this hotel."
