AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient. You can take the Route 3 bus directly from the airport to the hotel entrance, and several major attractions are also accessible by public transport. Plus, it's right next to the bustling Canberra Centre shopping mall. However, the soundproofing isn't great. On Saturday night, around 11 PM, motorbikes were racing past with a really loud roar, and it didn't quiet down until about 2 AM. I could also clearly hear the sound of water running when someone showered next door. Sunday night, though, was very quiet. Overall, the hostel is quite clean. There's a projector on the third floor, an outdoor area on the top floor to relax, and multiple fridges on the first floor if you want to cook your own meals.

GGuest UserExcellent, with all the white goods including clothes dryer in the room, pool, gym, sauna are all in good condition but the tennis court and tennis rackets are very poor..

RRieskaStayed at Crowne Plaza Canberra and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is very clean, including the room and common areas, which we appreciated. However, the hotel does feel a bit dated, particularly the bathroom — the shower and bathtub would benefit from an upgrade.
The reception staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with smooth and efficient check-in and check-out. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited variety (see video).
The location is a plus, right in the city and next to Holey Moley and the entertainment arcade, making it convenient for families with kids. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel, though showing its age in some areas.

劳劳伦斯·陈The breakfast was good, but you could only choose one main, one side, and one drink, which felt a bit limited. I really liked the traditional yet luxurious decor. The staff were very polite, and the hotel's location is super central!

AakbonieThis hotel is super convenient! A shopping center called Maunka Terrace is just a 3-minute drive away, and it has Coles, Subway, and McDonald's. There were also Japanese, Italian, pub food, and other Asian restaurants in that area.
Parking usually costs $25 per night for guests, but thanks to a Trip.com perk, I only paid $10 a night, which was great! You can't reserve parking, but there was plenty of space, so I had no issues.
The breakfast menu was pretty much the same every day, which was a bit disappointing, but there was still a good variety and plenty of food.

Mmaxxia****Located in the heart of Canberra, just a stone's throw away from the largest shopping center, which is super convenient. There's even a casino right across the street 🤣, I didn't expect to see one in such a small city. Overall, Canberra is a very clean and quiet little city. The hotel is really good, just a bit on the pricey side.

GGuest Userlocation was excellent, love the rows of red pin oak trees lining nearby streets during Autumn ( late April), had the 2 bedroom apartment ,
some small comment, had to wait 30 minutes in the car when we arrived at 2 pm due to room not prepared ,the electric blanket wasn't working in the main bedroom, and the door to the balcony was open when we enter,otherwise an enjoyable stay.

CClaire in the airStylish hotel with a central location. Recommend the atrium rooms as the sun room we were in faced the busy highway and was quite noisy. The aircon also seemed to have issues.
Watch out for parking, it’s relatively expensive and the street parking nearby doesnt do overnight unless you are leaving before 6am.
Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The village is not big, and the location is not very meaningful. The air circulation in the room is too poor, and the musty smell is obvious. The staff has a good service attitude! But the facilities are simple and shabby! Not recommended!

SsayedbhaiyyaaThe room was very small for three people, and the sink was broken. The room heater was malfunctioning, although the staff did come and manage to fix it. The attached washroom lacked shower curtains, which caused water to spill onto the floor. Additionally, the charging ports were too far from the beds. Overall, I was not satisfied with the stay.
