Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

Hey, this hotel belongs to the feeling of ”homestay” in the old city. Don't expect the comfort level. The biggest advantage is that you are in the most beautiful building, and you can take pictures when you come out. The service attitude is also good, but I can't stand 1. Bath water, 2. Cleaning, I couldn’t bear both of these, so I tried early check out but was rejected, more than 2000 non-refundable, I moved to fasano hotel But I didn't eat these two, I still think the hotel location in the old town is very good, But pay attention, to carry luggage up, very narrow ladder, if you take a taxi, the location is also very narrow, but after all, is it the old town? There is no way to take a bath water. It is an electric head. The water is small. It is not hot and cold. This is really no way. Great location, excellent service. The breakfast buffet was very good. Excellent range of fresh fruit. Even had some unexpected monkey visitors

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

So close to the sea! Safe area. Feels more like an apartment than a hotel room

Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Tolle Strandlage. Gut geführtes Hotel. Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern” Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt. W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

Wonderful! I really like Riviera, this is the 3rd time my boyfriend and I have booked and we really liked it. I would only recommend increasing the range of breakfast options a little more, other than that, they are excellent.

I enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.
