"The front desk staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and kind, and had a very clean appearance ✨️ It's also super close to downtown, so I highly recommend it!!"
"Room with stove but nothing. No kettle no pot pan no coffee cup or machine. I borrowed one kettle from check in counter ... Other than that pretty clean and comfort."
"The Dilworth Inn is an older hotel and our room appeared dated. The fixtures and fittings were old fashioned and the carpet was well worn. Having said that, it was clean and comfortable. Everything worked and there was a modern TV. There is a pool but it was unavailable during our stay.
The hotel is a long way from downtown Kelowna and the lake front. It isn't really walkable and car parking can be expensive downtime. We paid $25.60 for 3 hours near the Japanese garden...ouch!
There was plenty of choice for breakfast but all cutlery and crockery, mugs and glasses were disposable, which seemed very wasteful. Maybe that's how they are able to offer attractive room rates.
All in all, not a bad choice for people on a budget."
"The room was spacious, and the bedding was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. It truly lives up to its reputation as 'Vancouver's backyard,' surrounded by captivating mountain and water views. However, the bed was a bit too soft, and breakfast was quite basic."
"This is an ancient hotel but with very convenient location and plenty of parking lots.
The room is clean and tidy with romantic dim lighting in the room area.
Simple breakfast comes with boiled eggs [very limited quantity and you won't get one if even at 9am], cereal, breads, muffin, yogurt, milk and coffee.
Surprised that there's sauna room and a small pool.
Helpful and polite Front Desk staffs with efficient services."
"It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient. The room was clean. The only downside was that I had to provide my billing address to the receptionist because of a communication issue between Trip.com and *******."
"The stay was amazing. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. The kitchen was great for a home cooked meal. I would definitely cone back when I am in Kelowna again"
"”An absolute gem in Kelowna! The Hyatt Place offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and exceptional service. Our room was immaculate and spacious, featuring their signature Cozy Corner sofa that made relaxing after a day of exploring so easy.
The standout for us was the breakfast buffet—easily one of the best we've had at any hotel, with a fantastic variety of fresh options. We also loved the rooftop lounge for evening drinks and the clean, well-maintained indoor pool and hot tub. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier stay with great value!”."
"The room is large, the soundproofing is average, and the gym has a sense of age. The location is great, right next to the main road, with McDonald's next to it and a shopping mall opposite."
"A nice stay in the Park Inn Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a double queen room, which was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just outside the town. Breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Water stations are available. Would stay again."

Amazing
LLibaofuhaichayigemengI spontaneously decided to stay a night to check out the UBCO campus. The location is super convenient, really easy to find by car, and very close to the university – definitely my top choice for visiting the campus. The room facilities were pretty standard, which is what you expect from a chain hotel; they always have a certain standard and guarantee.
GGuest UserThe hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes, fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right by the lake, with a pleasant view. The room facilities are very complete, and the suite I booked actually has three bedrooms and three beds, which is very cost-effective. The rooftop heated swimming pool is a plus, and there is also a hot tub, which is a perfect holiday choice.
SStella kjAs expected from a Marriott property, the service was consistent and professional. The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
FFANGThe surrounding environment is very beautiful, the room facilities are also very good, that is, I regret that I have not booked a villa. In fact, it is quite good for us to book a villa for 7 people.
PPenelope JaneHotel is newer so feels fresh and clean. Our room and bedding had a bit of a stale smell, I asked to have the pillows swapped after the first night as I immediately noticed the “greasy” smell when I went to bed. Although they exchanged the pillows, the second set was no better so I sprayed them with some aromatherapy I happened to have on hand.
Overall nice hotel, front desk staff could be more friendly and professional, but not a big problem.
CCarmen RenéeHad two rooms booked and for some reason both of them were right beside the service elevator on each floor. I think this hotel gives trip.com customers the less desirable rooms, not to mention the light was burned out on the bathroom mirror as well in one room.
GGuest UserHotel is a good value
The new tubs are so slippery I’m surprised that there have not been several accidents no mats on the tubs but was surprised to see a sign on front offering a mat if requested -that’s a safety issue to me
GGuest UserOur stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well.
It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.
GGuest UserOverall, my stay was nice and it was a good experience, the Barbecue stove was very good and the location is very convenient too, but the air vent was very dirty and has a heavy smoke smell, the outdoor pool was pretty dirty too..
