"Three ladies stayed for two nights. We wish the hotel provided hair drier and shoehorn in the room. We reserved for three adults but towels, coffee cops and glasses provided for only two people. The drain at the tub was very slow. Almost everything was fixed after we addressed. We were very disappointed because the steam sauna was out of order and one of my friends was hit by the ball that other guests were playing with water ball inside of the pool. I wish there was sign not to play with a ball inside of the pool. I think it is very common not to play the ball inside of the pool especially there were many people inside of the pool."

"Don't forget your credit card to check in! The policy states that you can only check in with a Canadian credit card. I'm struggling a bit because I didn't fill in the important information beforehand. Be sure to bring your credit card."

"We booked the Argyll because of its proximity to the Saville center. We were attending a Curling camp that started early in the mornings. It was an eight minute drive to get there. The beds were awesome and comfortable, but the rooms were older and beaten up a little bit. The stay probably would’ve been fine except there was a rave at the bar attached to the mall that was half outside and it went until about 10:30 PM. It was super loud in the rooms. We also had a next-door neighbour that started his parties at one or two in the morning. Even after complaining the first night, they still left him in the room next to us for the next night. I got very little sleep for two nights in a row. The breakfast wasn’t much but fine anyway. There’s lots of free parking. And a few restaurants in the strip mall that the hotel is attached to. Some interesting clientele around, but it wasn’t scary or anything. Just not a good hotel for kids to be at or if you need to be up early in the morning. "

"They charge for early check-in, and you have to request room cleaning in advance. The blankets are just two layers of fabric with no duvet cover. You can hear a lot of noise from other rooms. The location is decent; you can walk to Oilers games, but be careful of homeless people on the way."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect – very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff did an excellent job, always friendly and helpful. Everything was 100%. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!"

"Hotels abroad are relatively old, so don't expect too much. I would like to remind you that you should never park in the hotel. It costs $36.75 a day, while the public parking lot 300m outside the hotel only costs $4 a day. It's a rip-off. Later, I wanted to stop parking and asked if I could get a refund. The answer was ”No”🥲🥲🥲"

"Breakfast is a typical continental breakfast, but there are a wide range of fruits, dairy products and bread. The reception is very friendly and valet parking is very convenient. It is very close to Albert University Hospital and within walking distance."

"There was a huge supermarket opposite the hotel, famous for its low prices, so I had no trouble shopping, and although I needed to take the bus from the tram station, there were only about six buses per hour, so even though I had chosen a hotel in the suburbs, a little away from the city center, where prices were relatively low, I didn't feel any inconvenience in terms of location.The room was also very clean and modern, so I thought it was a wonderful hotel."

"Living nearby, the traffic is very convenient, where to take a taxi is about 20 minutes, there is a very large supermarket next to it, shopping is very convenient, eating is more convenient, the restaurant downstairs tastes very good, eating too much is not very good"
