"The room itself was wonderful, and having a kitchen stocked with all the cooking supplies was a fantastic bonus. The location is perfect, complete with private beach access. However, the arrival process was very frustrating. We waited 45 minutes in line with no guidance on where to queue or where to park, and guest parking overall was extremely limited. A great stay once inside, but the check-in process needs major improvement."

"The hotel has a beautiful environment, the nearest blue sightseeing area, the room provides sufficient toiletries, the most basic room type has a kitchenette (no cooking stove), you can bring simple food homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner, even if you drive to the nearest supermarket, it is only a few minutes drive, very convenient!"

"The facility is clean and very close to the blue mountains. It is surrounded by grocery stores and restaurants and also not far from downtown. Breakfast is very delicious and has lots of options to pick from. the rooms are not sound proof though. I remember one couple checked in on our last night there and we could not sleep. They were banging each other whole night and groaning ad screaming was so disgusting .. it went on for the whole night into the morning. My 10 year old started asking me why the woman was screaming and if we needed to call 911... I tried to reach the front desk several times that night, in vain. I will never forget that night. You can hear everything happening in a neighbors room even if its a conversation.. word for word! That is something to consider."

"The Westin Blue Mountains is in a great location, within a 5-minute walk of Blue Mountain attractions. If you plan to cook, be sure to book a room with a full kitchen, rather than a superior room (which lacks a dishwasher and stove). You can upgrade your all-day pass for $45 during your stay, which you can renew daily for free. It's a great value."

"It is still a good choice to go skiing and sauna during the Christmas holiday. There are more activities in the resort and the rooms are very spacious. I will stay for a few more days next time. This time I stayed for a day and I was still in a hurry."

"The location is great, the centre of Collingwood, close to everything. The room was clean and bed is big. Free continent breakfast with cereal, bagel and sausages, standard quality. The only thing that may require improvement is the dental kit, the toothbrush is very poor quality. "

"Very pretty and cosy home. The host is extremely welcoming with fruit, chocolate and drinks. It’s amazing and unexpected. We have had a wonderful holiday together. Our kids love the bunk bed and games in the basement."
