"The receptionist had the nastiest most unaccommodating attitude I have ever seen. She was rolling her eyes and refused to let me talk to her supervisor when I asked (told us to wait a few hours). She gave us a dirty room and as well.  The other staff were nice. The hotel was near to the bus stop and some pretty good diverse restaurants."

"Very good, the facilities are quite complete, the price is not high, there are English and French services, there is free parking, there are good restaurants near the highway, but the sound insulation is not very good, the room upstairs will hear the sound"

"The house is relatively large. Close to the viaduct, parking under the bridge. When I checked out, I even asked me for a security fee of 20 Canadian dollars. I told her that Trip.com did not have other fees expressly included in the price. She asked Trip.com to ask for it before giving up."

"The reservation does not include breakfast, although there are some shops and restaurants in the vicinity, but it is still inconvenient. However, it is OK to have breakfast and dinner on the first floor of the hotel, but it is small."

"Facilities: The facilities are basically complete, with bathroom supplies, hairdryers, water cups, tableware, coffee machines, and toasters in the public areas. The only regret is that slippers are not provided. Cleanliness: The cleanliness inside the room, corridors and public areas is very good. Environment: The housing environment is great, the layout of the room is warm and comfortable, the house is located in a residential area, and the scenery after snow is very beautiful! ! (Look at the picture😄) The room is very close to the subway. You can enter the subway in about two minutes' walk. The transportation is very convenient. One disadvantage is that since the rooms are made of wood, the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear clearly any movement next door and upstairs and downstairs. Service: I didn't see the owner during the entire check-in and check-out process. He only took the key from the combination lock. It was not very adaptable at first, and because I didn’t receive the room password, I had to call the host to confirm. If I need to ask any questions, I basically call them by phone (not very friendly to friends who are not good at English). But after getting used to it later, I felt that this was pretty good. There was no need to wait or socialize (I was very happy😄). This is a matter of opinion."

Amazing
세계일주가보기Transportation - For those who rent a car, the fee is 20 Canadian dollars per night, which I think is quite reasonable. Those who use “public transportation” will find it convenient as the subway station is right next to it. It was convenient as it was close to the cathedral and there was a food mart nearby. The accommodation was very spacious, it was possible to cook, and most of all, it was clean. The front desk staff were friendly.

GGuest UserWe loved this Moxy! The only slight downside was the location - it was just outside of both the Old Town and the main part of the city, a little bit stuck in the middle of no where. This wouldn't be a deal breaker for us, but was a little bit inconvenient a couple of times when we just wanted to pop out to a shop and the nearest was 20 minutes away. However, the rooms were great, clean, spacious, with everything you could need provided in the stash room. We ate and drank at the bar one night, which was fantastic service and good value. However, the pool/gym facilities were incredible! I loved finishing my day with a swim and a dip in the hot tub or sauna, and my husband regularly used the gym.  All in all, great hotel!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserMy stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal from April 3–5, 2026 was an overall very positive experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Old Montreal and nearby attractions without any hassle. The suite-style rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a full day out. I especially appreciated the separate living area, which added a nice touch of comfort and privacy. The complimentary breakfast was a standout feature, offering a solid variety of hot options like eggs, meats, and potatoes, not just a basic continental spread. It definitely set a good tone for the day. The evening reception was another highlight the happy hour drinks were excellent, with a great selection and a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Service was friendly and professional throughout my stay. Staff were helpful, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the hotel can get a bit busy during peak hours, especially around breakfast time, but that’s expected given its popularity. Also the parking was a bit pricey . Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for couples, business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Montreal. I would gladly stay here again.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bonaventure. The hotel is on the 10th floor of Place Bonaventure with underground parking which is super convenient. The heated outdoor pool was amazing to relax in. It was a very popular spot! We ate in the dining room a couple of times and enjoyed the food both times! Rooms are large, king bed was comfortable and our view of the duck pond was great! Felt like we were in a rural setting, not downtown Montreal! I highly recommend this hotel!!

GGuest UserCheck-in was incredibly chaotic; the attendant seemed very flustered and kept jumping between guests. It took us 45 minutes to get our room keys. We also didn't receive much information about parking, and the valet service is overpriced.

HhaydyweiThe hotel is right next to Chinatown, and the subway station is conveniently located across the street to the left of the hotel's main entrance. If you turn right from the main entrance, you'll find a Southeast Asian food street. It's a fantastic location, just a 7-8 minute walk to attractions like the Old Port, Notre-Dame Basilica, the underground city's fountains, and the Berlin Wall photo spot. What was most surprising was the hotel's Chinese-style decor, and even the food ads in the elevator were in Chinese, which felt very welcoming. We booked a twin room, and it was quite spacious with two comfortable queen-sized beds (1.5m). Some front desk staff speak Chinese, though not always available. Overall, the service was good. The only minor downsides were that the room didn't provide slippers or a kettle, and there was no complimentary bottled water.

YYigit DI chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!

GGuest UserDecently great stay. I would come back if I were to solo travel and had to stay somewhere downtown. Pros: - location: central, pretty, accessible, amazing. Local friends were impressed it was in such a central yet “nice” place in the middle of the city. - service: helpful, chill, nice staff. Available even at midnight. - design: fits the Montreal Aesthetic PERFECTLY. Inside old buildin, made modern, yet keeping the most beautiful old features restored. Just being here made it feel like I was staying at a nice place. Cons: - 50CAD is a bit steep for a hostel. But there was a jazz festival and it is Montreal during summer. - the lockers being inside the bottom floor room was a little loud. Easy to use but the noise of the opening doors was annoying - capsule size I am 193cm/6ft4. I did not fully fit inside the capsule. I had to lay “diagonally” and somewhat not fully relaxed. - heat: the “AC” is there but during summer it is not enough. It is doable but if you are sensitive to heat at night it is something to consider. You can always open the capsule doors and it is nice and cool but that is a personal choice. (P.S there is a remote for the TV behind the “cabinet”. If you miss it and accidentally turn on/off the main power of the capsule you may miss it)
