I booked 4 rooms. They were very spacious and clean. This is a hotel renovated from an old, historic house. The floors were a bit slanted, and the old-fashioned elevator added a lot of charm. The rooms were comfortable, and there was free parking available. They offered complimentary afternoon tea and pastries daily from 2 PM to 6 PM. The breakfast was truly amazing—especially exquisite and plentiful, with options like rice, curry, eggs, and a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The location was very convenient, extremely close to the city center.

The room was quite spacious, and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was also good. The only downside is that if your room faces the street, it can be a bit noisy. However, since you're usually exhausted from traveling all day, it's not to the point of being unable to fall asleep. If you're a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise, you might want to request a room not facing the street.

The room was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout, and a small balcony offering nice mountain views, including paragliders.
Facilities: Although the bathroom was not large, it was very convenient to use, showing great attention to detail in its design.
The breakfast was quite rich and the food was healthy.
There's also a communal dining area with self-heating facilities, so you can buy food and heat it up yourself.
The owner was very hospitable, proactively asking about our stay, which made us feel right at home.

The hotel is very beautiful and extremely clean. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is very good.
The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s about a 9-minute walk uphill from the nearest bus stop when going to the hotel, which can be a bit tiring. However, when going back to the bus stop, it’s much easier since it’s downhill.
The bathroom is a bit small, but overall it’s good and functional. The view is absolutely amazing, and the room is decent and comfortable for a hotel in this price range.

The hotel is located in Interlaken West, just a few minutes' walk from the train station! Along the way and nearby, there are numerous shops and restaurants, including a COOP supermarket. 😂
Although I shared a bathroom, it was just a few steps from my room and clean!
I received a confirmation email from the hotel before check-in, allowing me to check in online, streamlining the check-in process. 👍🏻 Although I missed the front desk's opening hours, I received an email notification and received my room key, transportation card, and Wi-Fi password.
Although I didn't interact with the staff formally, every time I saw them, they were always smiling and nodding.
I had been concerned that my room, located above the restaurant, would be noisy or subject to cooking smells, but upon arrival, I didn't notice any of that!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Bellevue Hotel in Interlaken.
The location is fantastic — with plenty of restaurants just around the corner and the train station within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring Interlaken and nearby areas.
Parking is convenient, which is a big plus if you’re travelling by car. Our room had a kitchenette, which was extremely helpful and added a lot of level of comfort and flexibility to the stay.
The hotel is well maintained, rooms are comfortable, and the experience was smooth and hassle-free throughout. The staff were friendly and supportive.
A great option for travellers who value location, convenience, and practicality. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

I have stayed at this hotel for 2 days.
I liked the heating in the room because it was very cold and dark outside after 5 p.m. The heating was great for cold weather. Also, the breakfast was good, with a variety of tasty dishes. The staff serving breakfast were very kind and attentive, especially Frank, who was professional in serving the guests.
However, the single room’s amenities were not very good. The bedsheet had dark spots near the charging station located at the head of the bed. There was a clog in the sink’s pipe, and water didn’t drain properly. The view was not pleasant as it faced a building under refurbishment.
Additionally, the staff at check-in were unable to provide sufficient information about local sightseeing and dining options; they only recommended one restaurant.

Hotel Interlaken is a gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and local tips to make your stay unforgettable. The room was great and breakfast was good. It's also pretty close to the station, about 700 meters away. The only issue was that the heating wasn't working, so we had to ask the front desk for a portable heater. When we checked out, they gave us apple juice because of the heating problem. We accidentally left our wallet at the hotel and when we went back, the staff had kindly kept it safe at the front desk. All our IDs and money were still there! Thank you so much!

There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it perfect for grabbing any essentials. The room was clean and tidy. My only minor criticisms would be the slightly small room size and the limited breakfast selection.

CChunleitamInterlaken is a popular transit hub in Switzerland, and this hostel is right next to Interlaken Ost station, making the transportation super convenient. It's also massive, the largest hostel I've ever stayed in.
I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm. The room space was decent, but there were no privacy curtains, which meant privacy was just okay. You have to make your own bed, and when checking out, you also need to strip the sheets and take them to the front desk. There weren't enough power outlets, and the one at my bunk was broken. The room has a sink, but no private bathroom; you have to go to the shared facilities on each floor for the toilet and shower. You need to pay a deposit for a hairdryer.
The ground floor of the hostel is a restaurant. There's no kitchen or utensils (they only provide disposable cutlery for a fee), just a pantry (on the 2nd floor) with tables, chairs, a kettle, and a microwave. The hostel offers breakfast, which is a real luxury in high-priced Switzerland! There's a large Coop supermarket opposite the hostel (and the station).
The staff weren't overly enthusiastic, and while it attracts travelers from all over the world, the overall atmosphere was just average. However, its excellent location makes it a worthwhile place to stay.

There are bars, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, which is great. When you check in, the front desk gives you a free bus pass. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. There's a lounge on the ground floor with a microwave and utensils for guests, and coffee and hot water are available 24/7 for free. The owner is a kind, warm, and funny old gentleman. If you're coming to Interlaken, definitely choose this hotel – you'll be happy you did!

GGuest UserFacilities: Absolutely loved the room, it was an unexpected delight. It was spacious, almost like a mini-suite, with a charming old European house vibe. The building itself is historic, filled with antique items. The decor was very comfortable, and the bed was great. The room had multiple balconies and windows with mountain views, and even old-fashioned keys, all contributing to a very reassuring atmosphere. There's also a public common area on the first floor where you can eat food brought from outside.
Breakfast was good, very Swiss.
Cleanliness: Very clean, especially the bathroom. Compared to other old houses I've stayed in, there weren't many insects here. It was cleaned daily.
Environment: It's very close to the East Station, but actually only a twenty-minute walk to the West Station, making it super convenient to get to the town's main attractions and shopping areas. It's also very quiet.
Service: The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was incredibly enthusiastic and meticulously explained everything. We also received an Interlaken City Card, which offers free public transport. Another lady was also very welcoming. One day later, a male staff member wasn't quite as understanding, but he still provided the necessary service, so it wasn't a big deal. It seemed like most of the hotel guests were Asian.

The hotel itself is quite large, and our room had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. There were also two TVs in the room, along with yukata and slippers. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied!

We are so grateful to Hey Hotel for saving our holiday in Switzerland! We had originally booked an Airbnb (to experience stay in a house) near the interlaken west train station. Upon checking in, to our horror, the flat is so disgustingly dirty and smelled rotten. Not only that, there was roadwork in front and the security to the unit is also lacking. We immediately booked our remaining stay at Hey and our trip was saved! The service staff, a bespectacled gentleman, gave us a free check-in early in the morning and upgraded us to the best room for 4 — no qn asked! We have clean room and best view. The breakfast has amazingly good spread. And at a much cheaper rate than the Airbnb which offered nothing but burnt spice, dirty broken toilet and sticky, greasy flooring.

AAnonymous UserStayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
