"Location is excellent as its near all tourist places, even though the place is quiet and nice to stay. We also got free bicycle renting to explore things around there too, this is not note in hotel facility, but hotel has got it. My mom needs to sit on wheelchair, but the place is quite convenient to her to get service in hotel. The room is clean, bed is great, toilet equipped with warm seat as well. I like the soap and shampoo at hotel, smell is so nice. At the guest lobby my kid is happy with snack, drink that provided, also i can have coffee at all the time from there as well.. i think we made right decision that we stayed here for 2 nights, the time was great there. thanks for good service."

"The service was incredibly warm and friendly. The breakfast was delicious (though not ideal if you're a big meat-eater, as there wasn't much meat), and for our two-night stay, the hot dishes were never repeated. Plus, you get a great ocean view from the restaurant seating. The hotel is located in Cijin. We took the ferry from Hamasen MRT (light rail) station to Cijin, walked through the old street to the hotel. There's a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. The beach is just a five-minute walk away, and they even provide buckets and shovels for playing in the sand. Just a quick note: there are two ferry routes to Cijin – one from Gushan Ferry Terminal (NT$30) and another from Pier-2 Art Center (NT$80). The ferries from Gushan, though a bit older, are much more frequent (less than a 10-minute wait between boats, and I'm not sure about off-peak times) and run for much longer hours (I heard from 5 AM to 2 AM). The hotel room was quite spacious but a bit dated (my only complaint), though it was very clean."

However, the room only provided two miniature bottles of water, and there's no water dispenser, so tea enthusiasts will be left parched 🥲. You have to pay extra for toothbrushes and toothpaste. The 10 CNY set was a terrible purchase; the toothpaste was so dry, it felt like it had been sealed for an eternity. At 10:40 AM, there was a 'friendly' reminder about extending our stay, then at 11:00 AM sharp, the power was cut, feeling like a timed mission in an RPG ⚡. "The location is great, about a 7-minute walk from Cianjin MRT station. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. The first room we were assigned was quite noisy, and we had to contact the front desk twice to change rooms before we found one we were happy with. The staff were very accommodating and helped us change rooms each time. Having a coin-operated laundry room was also very convenient!"

"The hotel location is quite convenient; there is a convenient stall a short stroll away and is near to the metro at Kao Hsiung park. The lightings were quite nice as it is near CNY period. Room that I book kinda cozy but the way it is design makes it rather comfortable. The bed is comfortably huge. Toilet and bath is two separate rooms and would be a pleasure for those who like such arrangement. Breakfast is base on set menu booking, there is only 4 to select from. The misgiving I had is that trip.com didn't allow had to option of a room with single breakfast therefore I had to pick a room with either 2 sets a day or no breakfast. If your staying more days, do take note of the breakfast arrangement though I have to say the meal is quite healthy and well packaged. Another thing which I like is the AI display audio system which can play music of your preference, for me I played some nice new age music to make my day more relaxing."

"Having stayed at the Xinxing branch before, this was my first time at the Yancheng branch, and I must say I was a bit disappointed compared to my previous experience. We booked a twin room this time. The bathroom was quite small, and there was only one usable power outlet in the room; the other two were occupied by the fridge and TV. When I asked the front desk if they had an extension cord or anything similar to borrow, they said no. I understand that the hotel is a renovation of an older property, so it can't be perfect, but modern travelers bring many electronic devices that need charging. Having only one usable outlet is simply not enough, and this is an area that definitely needs improvement."

"Hotel Review (Safety Concern): The hotel provided some small complimentary items like facial masks and instant noodles, which I understand are meant to create a pleasant experience for guests. However, I personally feel that no small amenities can outweigh a basic safety concern. The room was generally clean, but the bedding was not very comfortable — the duvet cover did not feel like pure cotton and was less breathable than expected. More importantly, the bed design is potentially unsafe. The headboard is made of hard wood with sharp, square edges and no cushioning. It is also positioned at a very low height — exactly where your head naturally moves when lying down. I accidentally hit my head quite hard, and I am still feeling pain even now. I chose not to raise this issue during my stay because I did not want to cause trouble. I understand everyone is working hard, and negative reviews can impact business. However, safety is something that should not be overlooked. I hope the hotel can take this seriously and consider making improvements. For future guests, please be extra careful when lying down."

"Toilet is much higher than the room floor level - dangerous for older people. Water pressure is strong but does not drain fast enough so our shower area was flooded while bathing. The lighting was poor - only one light inside so you had no light in the shower area due to the shower curtain. A lot of artwork and unique furniture which makes the hotel unique. You can see they try to make the place look nicer but it feels patchy and could use a complete overhaul. Receptionist is around for a limited time."

"The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the MRT, making it easy to travel around The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with amenities such as a hair dryer, towels, soap, and shampoo, which made the stay very comfortable We were also pleasantly surprised to find a large onsen style bathtub in the bathroom, which made the stay even more relaxing However, guests need to bring their own toothpaste and toothbrush. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better🫰🏻❤️"

"This hotel is in a great location, close to Pier-2 Art Center. It's not far from Yanchengpu Station on the MRT Orange Line, and about a 19-minute walk to Hamasen Station on the light rail. Just a heads-up, there's no elevator! The 6-person rooms are on the 3rd floor, and the 4-person rooms are on the 4th floor. If you're in a 4-person room, there are no bathrooms or toilets on the 4th floor, so you'll have to go down to the 3rd floor to use them. Also, the bunk beds are quite wobbly; any movement or turning over will cause a creaking sound."
