GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, within walking distance to all the attractions. The hotel itself is elegant, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is warm and friendly. They even thoughtfully offered tips on sightseeing routes. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.
This hotel was a heartwarming surprise during my trip. The ambiance is elegant and comfortable, the rooms are spotless with great attention to detail, and the gentle service truly melted away my travel fatigue. I had a peaceful and pleasant stay here; it was an unexpected little delight of the trip. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at an IHG property, specifically the InterContinental Zhuhai, as I usually opt for Marriott hotels. However, my experience with IHG this time was genuinely impressive. The executive lounge, unlike Marriott's, wasn't a crowded marketplace, which made for a truly comfortable experience. I also really loved the wooden room key. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

XXishanxingzheThis hotel boasts a truly unique ambiance, feeling secluded with its three-sided ocean views. The design is stunning, perfect for photos, and the infinity pool is breathtaking. The rooms are spacious with a minimalist, upscale feel. However, there aren't many activities or amenities to experience within the hotel itself; a coffee shop or library would be a great addition. Mikasa and Colin at customer service were excellent. It's a shame there's no proper beach, and frankly, all the beaches on Dong'ao Island are quite mediocre, not nearly as good as Dameisha in Shenzhen. This is definitely a hotel best enjoyed by staying put. A pleasant surprise was the restaurant at the pier – the seafood was fantastic and affordable. I highly recommend the sea urchin fried rice at Juxianlou. You can even buy fresh seafood at the pier and have the restaurant prepare it for you. Make sure to shop around at a few different vendors as prices vary significantly.

I called ahead to let them know it was for a birthday stay, and the gentleman was incredibly professional. He pre-registered my requests and prepared the room, which was a wonderful surprise when I entered!
Environment: The view outside is absolutely stunning. When you open the balcony door, you get a direct view of Macau.

AAHMAD FARHAN F M AL-MASLAMANIOur stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience.
The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter.
The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained.
Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day.
We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay.
Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

The Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant boasts a wide variety of dishes, including meat, vegetarian options, desserts, and drinks. They even have several kid-friendly ice cream flavors. The ingredients are fresh, and food is served efficiently. The dining prices are reasonable, offering good value for money overall. The staff provides attentive and thorough service. Luggage storage is free and the process is straightforward. Rooms are cleaned daily, consistently tidy, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a comfortable rest. The bathroom has a dry/wet separation and no unpleasant odors. Toiletries are fully provided, so you don't need to bring your own. Room requests are handled promptly and efficiently. WiFi coverage throughout the hotel is stable and smooth. All in-room appliances are in good working order. Common areas are regularly cleaned at fixed times, and all facilities are routinely inspected and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out procedures are very quick. The surrounding area has complete amenities, making travel convenient. The overall environment is well-suited for families with children, and it's also a good choice for solo travelers. This stay was very satisfying overall. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Chimelong. Plus, you can watch penguins while enjoying the buffet – a truly perfect experience!

AAnonymous UserOur stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍 Right as we checked in, we caught an interactive performance, which my kids absolutely loved and even got stickers from. The front desk lady who handled our check-in was incredibly nice. I mentioned wanting a high floor, and she suggested upgrading our room if we booked a buffet dinner, which was a wonderful surprise! She arranged for us to be on the 19th floor, directly facing the fireworks – I can't thank her enough! I forgot to ask her name, but she was beautiful and kind 🌹🌹🌹. She also recommended the WeChat concierge service, which was also excellent! 👍👍👍 The concierge was very thorough, informing us of all the important details, hotel operations, and park opening hours. They even offered us a complimentary drink, which we forgot to claim, but the gesture was much appreciated. All the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The overall experience was excellent, and we'll definitely be back!

FForever_yingThe room was clean and hygienic. Although Zhuhai's weather is unpredictable and quite humid, the room had no strange odors.
The service was excellent. The cleaning staff were very warm and attentive. Because my flight was earlier than expected, I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. The lady at the front desk processed my check-in without a word, which was a great help. The male staff I encountered on the following two days were clearly not as professional as her, but their attitude was very friendly.
The hotel's location is superb. It's just across the road from Hengqin Port. You can also walk through an underpass behind the hotel directly to勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza).
As for the food, I didn't find many great options in the nearby food street, but there are plenty of dining choices in 勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza), all very convenient. Definitely avoid the pre-cut fruit sold in the underpass!

During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel.
The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!
