During the overall stay, the front desk and service docking staff were very polite and friendly, the location is super convenient, and the interior design is very comfortable. However, it happened that the sloppy resident of the female room in the quadruple room did not clean the toilet that was stained with menstrual blood and had to wipe it himself. As for the only moments when I felt uncomfortable, it was before check-out time. In the shared bathroom, the housekeeping staff would use actions to urge me. Halfway through taking a shower in the shared bathroom on the top floor at night, the lights went out in the bathroom at almost ten o'clock and it was dark, that's all.

The room was upgraded to a family room free of charge. The bathroom and hot tub were huge and very enjoyable. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly. It was a great experience, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Jiaoxi.

The hotel's location is good and it's quite clean inside. It was interesting to see the trains pass by, but light sleepers might find it a bit noisy. Fortunately, there are no trains from around 11 PM to 5 AM. The only real disappointment was that the 'double bed' was actually two single beds pushed together! This alone makes me think I probably won't stay here again. Also, there were no bottled water, just a water dispenser, which I think they should mention upfront.

Good size bunk beds and comfortable beds. Twin room with window is not as nice as the single bunk beds with no windows due to loud renovation outside the hotel. Room need more clothe and towel hanging for drying with their in house dehumidifier in room. Hotel public areas needs upgrades & bettwr cleaning and wall papers are moldy and peeling off walls or stained. Great location. TV volume too low to enjoy or hear the broadcasts ! Too many small details missed or housekeeping needs more attention. Staff very nice! Hotel could be much batter if they paid more attention to the details. Hotel also rents by the hour which can be challenging to the overnight stay guests!

For this price, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is super convenient, with a convenience store, restaurants, a pharmacy, and the Yishunxuan souvenir shop right downstairs. Tangweigou Hot Spring Park and its market are also nearby, and it's only about a 5-minute walk to Jiaoxi Station.
I was very satisfied with the room's cleanliness and the service. The twin room was spacious, with two extra-large double beds that were more than enough for two people – very comfortable. Don't expect much from the welcome drinks and snacks though, haha! We were lucky to encounter a staff member who spoke Cantonese, and she was incredibly helpful. A big thank you to her!

The front desk service was excellent, and they have their own parking lot. The location is great, about 200-300 meters from Tangweigou Hot Spring Park. I personally found the bed and pillows to be just right – not too soft, not too firm – making for a good night's sleep. The hot spring tub in the room is spacious, and the hot spring water comes out quickly and is very hot. I've stayed here several times already and will definitely be back.

There is also a hot spring fish nearby where you can experience exfoliation. The hotel room is of moderate size, the hot spring is quite large, and there are windows that can be opened. The cool breeze is quite comfortable.

It's in a good location in the hot spring town, but both the exterior and interior are quite old.
Towels are provided, but no other amenities.
We recommend bringing slippers or other sandals along with shampoo and toothbrushes.
(There are foot baths around the hotel, so you can use them outside the room as well.)
Hot spring water flows in the room. The bathtub is quite deep.
It takes a while for the water to heat up, so it's best to check the temperature before filling it.
The reception staff are friendly and have a homely feel.

The room was clean and the bathtub was huge, perfect for two people to enjoy the hot springs together. Plus, there were free hot spring fish at the entrance for a foot spa, which was an amazing experience. You could also boil hot spring eggs; it was a 50 NTD discount per room, with extra charges for more, definitely worth trying. The breakfast offered a good variety, but my only minor complaint is that there was no toaster for the baked goods. If there were, it would be even better.

The ambiance was comfortable and tranquil. It's conveniently located with easy access to dining and drinks. Being able to soak in the hot springs to soothe away post-work fatigue, along with enjoying the night view of the Lanyang Plain, made for an absolutely wonderful experience! 👍👍

This stay was very satisfying! The room was spacious, and the biggest surprise was the private, extra-large balcony with an open view. Sitting outside and enjoying the breeze was very comfortable. The hot spring tub in the room was well-designed, with a strong water flow, making for a truly enjoyable soak. The room also came equipped with a dehumidifier, which was a nice touch. For breakfast, they even had high-quality steak (a must-order!), and the meat was very tender. Overall, the hygiene was excellent, and it offered great value for money. Highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel staff are all friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel right at home during our stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and they provided coffee and tea. The mini-fridge had complimentary drinks, plus a delightful surprise: high-quality facial masks replenished daily! There was also a selection of pillows with different firmness levels to choose from. Every day, there's a Happy Hour offering free red and white wine, specially crafted non-alcoholic drinks, ginger tea, and some snacks.

AAi Lun. CThe bustling downtown and market are just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Nearly all the staff were incredibly friendly and professional in answering our questions. This trip marked our seven-month anniversary, and it added so many wonderful memories as we head towards our eighth month together.
Upon check-in, the hotel learned we were celebrating our anniversary and thoughtfully upgraded us to a mountain-view room. The in-room welcome drinks were incredibly generous, featuring mini beers, plum wine, coke, and Pocari Sweat – essential for rehydration after a soak; they even included face masks to pamper us while we enjoyed the in-room hot spring bath.
All the room's fixtures and fittings were new and high-quality: a Toto washlet, a Panasonic 1400 nanoe hairdryer, a thoughtful wooden gua sha massage comb, and hyaluronic acid-infused shower gel that left skin feeling smooth and soft. What truly amazed me were the double-layered automatic curtains (even in the room's private hot spring area!). The double room's bathtub was spacious enough for up to four people – a very comfortable size.
In the afternoon, the lobby offered preserved fruits and freshly brewed tea, perfect for a relaxing break after a dip in the outdoor public hot spring. After dinner, they provided handmade kumquat-flavored tofu pudding, and it was unlimited – so generous! (There's a lovely staff member in the lobby, Tina, who's a treasure trove of recommendations for local food and sights; don't hesitate to ask her for her secret list of must-try places!)
Last but not least, I highly recommend trying the hotel's breakfast, especially the freshly blanched beef soup. Even my boyfriend, who grew up in Tainan, the home of beef soup, couldn't stop raving about it.
*If you're planning a weekday visit like we did and want to try some local famous eateries, be sure to check their opening hours in advance. Many popular spots are only open from Friday to Sunday or during specific hours, like mornings until 2 PM. (Luckily, you can find a lot of food on Uber Eats!)

There's also a kids' play area on the second floor, which our children absolutely loved, and a great selection of children's books. We even wrote a bunch of postcards there and were able to mail them home for free as a souvenir – what a nice touch!

The restaurant area even preserved the original large trees, designing around them beautifully, and they are very well-maintained – fantastic! The bathroom and soaking tub in our room type this time were quite spacious, giving a very comfortable feeling. 👍
However, there was a thick layer of dust on some counter surfaces in the room and under the bed, which might need more attention from housekeeping.

DdyhxConvenient location in Luodong city centre, walking distance to Luodong Night Market, Luodong Forestry Cultural Park with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby too. The hotel is on level 6 within a building with a few other accommodation chains and offices. There's a car park just opposite the building. I love the decor here, from the clean, sleek interior at reception to the rooms. There are instant coffee and tea bags, and hot/cold filtered water on tap available at the common area just in front of the reception that is open to all guests. They have just 18 rooms here, in varying room types, sizes and interior design but they all look great! I love the use of positive messages on coloured backgrounds for the doors. I had a corner room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillow were a little softer than I would like but that's just personal preference. Basic amenities are provided and I love the open wardrobe concept too.
The staff here are amazing. So helpful, so friendly. I'm particularly impressed by the location map they've put together to share with guests on recommended food to try in the vicinity and mostly on point! For this price, it's super value for money.
