Hotels near Senmao Building, Dalian

Although the hotel is old, we had great experience with this hotel. It has an excellent location, which is easy access to the subway, bus stops, train station, airport and attractions. It has a nice swimming pool. We had a good impression on the swimming pool manager, Ren /Chunfeng. We satisfied  with her professional customer service.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It's spacious, immaculate, and boasts both style and substance. The elevator requires a key card for access, which adds a great layer of privacy. The room itself features a sleek, sophisticated design, and the voice-controlled lighting and curtains are incredibly convenient. The bedding is high-thread-count cotton, and they even offer a choice of soft or firm pillows. The bathroom amenities are essential oil-based with a wonderfully healing citrus scent. In the common areas, there's complimentary freshly ground coffee and fruit tea – perfect for a refreshing pick-me-up after a day out. Every detail here shows thoughtfulness. I posted pictures, and everyone was asking for the link! Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality.

The location is excellent, just an eight-minute walk from Dalian Station. Downstairs is Qingniwaqiao Subway Station, directly opposite Pavilion shopping mall, and next to Dashang. From the bus stop in front of Pavilion, you can take a direct bus to Forest Zoo and Yinshatan Beach, and even reach a good photo spot for the cross-sea bridge. Taking the subway to Xinghai Square, Xinghai Park, and Sea-rhyme Park is also very convenient. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and recommended a better room type than what was available. ❤️ The hotel is in a great location—very quiet! There are also many restaurants nearby, including delicious Japanese food, such as Yin Tai, Ming Jing Wu, and Wuxian Xia Xiang. The subway isn't too far away either—I often walk for half an hour in Dalian these days, haha. 😋 Getting a taxi is also very convenient! The room was bigger than I expected, and it was very spacious for one person! The facilities downstairs are also quite complete, with a gym (treadmill), laundry, lockers, a coffee machine, juice... The robot also delivered takeout to me numerous times, haha. I even got a bag of orange gummy candies when I checked out! They were so delicious! It's a truly handpicked room! I highly recommend it to everyone!

My recent stay at this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting for leisure or business! Right from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the thoughtful service. The doorman promptly helped with my luggage, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. The staff were gentle and patient, thoroughly explaining the hotel facilities, local transportation, and sightseeing tips. There was no perfunctory service at all, making me feel comfortable and welcome as soon as I walked in. The guest room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The overall decor was simple, elegant, and stylish, impeccably clean. The bedding was soft and pleasant to the touch, offering perfect comfort for a full night's undisturbed sleep. The bathroom had an excellent wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. Hot water came out quickly and with stable pressure – you could feel the attention to detail in every aspect. The hotel's public areas were elegantly designed, with complete amenities. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great, perfectly satisfying different dietary needs. The cleaning staff were meticulous and attentive, cleaning promptly and quietly without disturbing guests. Any requests made to the front desk were quickly responded to and resolved efficiently and courteously – their service efficiency and attitude were flawless. The location is also superb, with convenient transportation. Nearby, there are supermarkets, shops, and various dining options, making it incredibly convenient whether you're traveling for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The value for money is definitely among the best in its class. I will choose this hotel first next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends. A hotel that puts such care into its service and pays attention to details truly deserves a perfect rating!

Tianxi Hotel is great, I'm very satisfied. The environment is excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. The disposable amenities were well-stocked. The hotel service was fantastic; they promptly addressed all my needs. They even offered a complimentary late check-out, which was a nice touch. The location is superb, right next to the train station, making transportation super convenient. Plus, it's close to Dalian Shopping Mall, Zhongyuan Snack Street, Intime City, and very near the subway station. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance!

《Location》The location is fantastic! Being near Zhongshan Square is always a plus. All the restaurants I wanted to try were close by, and getting around, whether by subway or taxi, was super convenient. 《Service》Excellent! The housekeeping was thorough and clean. 《Environment》Parking in hotels within the old city can be a hassle. The InterContinental next door has an underground parking lot, but it was surprising to find 1.1-meter twin beds in a family room here. The family rooms at Mercure are much larger, with great bedding and a good night's sleep. I'd recommend a lower floor; otherwise, the elevators take a long time, especially during peak hours. If you're on the second floor, taking the stairs is perfectly fine.

The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming; they'd greet us every time we passed by, which was lovely. The room was well-equipped, and being on a high floor, it was also very quiet. The space was quite generous, making it a great choice for a trip with friends. Plus, at this time of year, it offers really great value for money!

Flew to Dalian on ***** New Year's Eve. The business class flight tickets were cheap, and a sea-view suite at Hotel Nikko was affordable during the off-season. The front desk was standard, and the room was excellent. After some effort, I managed to book a New Year's Eve dinner. Fearing I might hold up the table for the next seating, I went early and ate quickly. I'm very grateful to the waitress who helped me pack up my leftovers; she kept reassuring me not to rush and to eat at my leisure. In fact, a family of three came and left behind me, perhaps finding it not worth the price. My solo meal cost 500 yuan, and I thought it was good. Vita Tao even came over and hugged me, giving me a horse figurine, which is auspicious. After that, I couldn't eat at Hotel Nikko anymore. So many unmentionable things happened during the process, haha. But the bread at Hotel Nikko was delicious. I borrowed a charging cable from the hotel. The hotel scissors were dirty, so I bought alcohol wipes to clean them myself. The housekeeping staff was great and proactively gave me extra bottled water. When checking out, after coordination with Trip.com, I was granted a late checkout until 4 PM. The hotel didn't rush me. However, someone at the front desk asked for a good review and came to look when I pulled out my phone to call a car, which was unpleasant. Good reviews should come naturally from guests who've had a good experience; asking for them is completely unnecessary.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. 5 stars but reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious and the view outside looked out towards the sea and harbour. They made the beds every morning. I did not eat the breakfast as downstairs and surrounding area had plenty of cheaper options due to being next to many shopping malls. The metro stop is not so far but a little more inconvenient to get to the main train station by walking. Line 2 takes you to the airport in less than 40 minutes for 4RMB. As the metro is nearby you can get to many local tourist places quickly and cheaply. Highly recommend if you want to spend a little more but have close access to get around.
