"Extremely satisfied! I looked at so many hotels when choosing one, but I was unsure which one to choose. I happened to see this one, which was said to be newly opened with new facilities, so I booked it. After checking in, I was extremely satisfied. The transportation was very convenient; the subway and Didi were both readily available. The room was very clean and tidy, the bathroom facilities were complete, the layout was good, and there was even a laundry room and a simple gym. On my last day, I requested a slightly delayed check-out due to time constraints, and the front desk staff were very helpful and processed it quickly. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here this summer! 😃"

"Our home for three days and two nights in Dalian! This is a top-notch hotel in the Qingniwa business district with an excellent location. It's super convenient to get around with metro and bus stops nearby, connecting easily to most of Dalian's attractions. It's close to Zhongshan Square, and you can take a direct bus to the beach. Being right next to Dalian Station makes it a fantastic choice. The hotel service was also superb; they readily accommodated our requests and even thoughtfully prepared millet porridge for us in the evening. Our Dalian trip experience was wonderful! 👍"

"This is our second year staying at this hotel, and the location is simply unbeatable. Right outside, you have direct access to Metro Lines 2 and 5, which take you to many attractions. Dalian Shopping Mall and Pavilions are just across the street, and there are plenty of Japanese izakayas and the 'Unlimited Shrimp' restaurant nearby. Last year, we booked a twin room as it's more convenient with kids, so this year I called the front desk in advance, and they happily reserved a twin room for us. The newly renovated floors are great in every aspect, and the front desk staff, especially numbers one, two, and three, were incredibly nice."

"The Dalian Four Seasons was our first Four Seasons experience in China. Having previously stayed at Four Seasons hotels in Prague, Budapest, and Singapore, I'd come to the conclusion that 'Four Seasons is always a safe bet in any unfamiliar city.' In fact, if a city has a Four Seasons, that alone is a great reason to visit, as the brand has extremely high standards for location, and following their lead rarely goes wrong. The Dalian Four Seasons is located in the prime area of Zhongshan Road. It's within a 2km drive to places like Nanshan Street, Zhongshan Square, Democratic Square's Tram Route 201 starting point, and Russian Style Street. Just a 7-minute walk from the hotel, there's a cluster of local restaurants, which is very convenient. We stayed for four nights in an 80-square-meter Grand City View King Room. It featured a spacious bedroom (after fitting a comfortable king-size bed, an L-shaped sofa, a large round table, and chairs, there was still plenty of space for two people to practice Baduanjin), an oversized walk-in closet, and a bathroom. The vanity had the essential double sinks, which made it incredibly convenient for two people. What's particularly noteworthy is the large mirror with a built-in smart TV – this was truly amazing! It's a great bonus for those who brush their teeth thoroughly (which can take a while, so I often watch my iPad at home to avoid boredom). Four Seasons' in-room tea bags and capsule coffee have always been my favorite. The Dalian hotel thoughtfully labeled four different coffee varieties with their flavors and roast levels, and even included a decaffeinated option. This was incredibly friendly for coffee lovers who want to try different trendy cafes outside every day but are also concerned about excessive caffeine intake. Every day, I made a cup of decaf coffee in my room, and could even add milk and ice to make a delicious iced latte – I really enjoyed it. Among the tea bags, Maojian was my personal favorite and one I'd recommend. Speaking of which, I must praise the hotel's sky lobby. Located on the 41st floor, it offers breathtaking sea views. Every day, I spent a long time sitting on the sofa here, reading or simply gazing at the sea, feeling a deep sense of holiday bliss. At 38樓, the gym is the most beautiful I've ever seen in any Four Seasons hotel, and indeed, in any hotel I've stayed in! This is because it boasts the same stunning sea views as the sky lobby. I went to the gym for 2 hours every day for four consecutive days. The equipment was sufficient to train shoulders, chest, back, and glutes/legs on separate days. The completeness of the fitness equipment rivaled that of the Singapore Four Seasons, but the sea view is a definite plus for the Dalian Four Seasons. I was also particularly pleased with the hotel breakfast. While other categories offered everything imaginable, that wasn't the main point. What truly impressed me was how few hotel restaurants can provide a comprehensive selection of avocado, cold-brew overnight oats (with nuts and fresh blueberries), sourdough bread, and salmon with purple cabbage salad all at once. For fitness enthusiasts who maintain a healthy diet year-round, this is an absolute godsend. Even more impressive than all the perfect hardware mentioned above was the service at the Dalian Four Seasons, which perfectly embodied the Four Seasons' core philosophy of 'treating others as you would like to be treated.' I especially want to thank Kayla and Carrie, the duty managers from the Guest Experience Department. They started coordinating with me two days before my arrival. Every morning after check-in, they would message me on WeChat to ask about our comfort levels. After the first night, they adjusted room details based on my personal preferences and needs, making me truly feel the same convenience and comfort as if I were at home. During these five days in Dalian, I truly felt that the Four Seasons makes you happy whether you leave to explore during the day or stay in all day long. A city with a Four Seasons inherently becomes more attractive, and it's a hotel you can 'mindlessly choose' without ever going wrong. Dalian Four Seasons, you are my perfect Four Seasons hotel, and for you, I am willing to return to Dalian!"

"A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! It was only later that I suddenly realized I had lost a precious souvenir charm – a priceless keepsake carrying cherished family memories. In that moment, panic and anxiety washed over me. The feeling of helplessness in a strange city instantly overwhelmed me, so I approached the front desk, hoping they might be able to help. To my surprise, the staff member, Qiruo, showed not a hint of perfunctoriness or carelessness. She gently and patiently calmed my distressed emotions, softly reassuring me not to worry. Her kind words instantly soothed my inner turmoil. Following that, she was incredibly thorough and responsible, meticulously tracing my route. She proactively reviewed the CCTV footage from the lobby's public areas, repeatedly and carefully checking everything. She immediately contacted the cleaning and patrol staff to assist in the search, doing everything she could to help me find my lost item. Even in the middle of the night, when she could have been sleeping, she dedicated that time to helping me. She was like a good friend by my side! During the long wait, she stayed by my side, constantly reassuring me, offering warm water to ease my anxiety, and patiently listening to my concerns. She was gentle, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated throughout, never showing any impatience despite the trivial nature of the matter. Persistence paid off, and thanks to her tireless efforts, my precious charm was finally found. When the item was recovered, my heart was filled with emotion and gratitude. Afterward, she even thoughtfully reminded me to take good care of my belongings when traveling, a gentle detail that touched me deeply. In a cold and unfamiliar journey, the most precious thing isn't a perfect environment, but this genuine warmth and kindness from the heart. Atour's service is never just a mechanical process; it's a heartfelt empathy and a sincere, warm commitment to treating people well. A seemingly ordinary job, yet through the purest kindness, it warms the hearts of every traveler. This unexpected warmth dispelled all my travel fatigue and allowed me to truly understand Atour's unique human touch. "An established five-star hotel with an excellent and convenient location. Parking is available both above ground and underground; the underground can be a bit chaotic but still accessible. The lobby is on the eighth floor, smells wonderful, and feels bright and distinctive. Changing elevators is a minor inconvenience. The rooms are a bit dated and not very large, especially the bathroom where you have to shower in the tub – understandable given how difficult renovations can be. The windows don't open for ventilation, which isn't ideal. The swimming pool is decent, a 20-meter pool, so it's good for a workout. Breakfast is nice with a decent variety and many made-to-order options. Overall, the value for money is pretty good. If you don't have extremely high expectations for the bathroom, rooms, and facilities, it's still a good option, as it's one of Dalian's oldest five-star hotels and still retains its charm. I'd recommend staying here."
