A friendly heads-up: this hotel doesn't have an 'executive floor' as advertised! It claimed to have an executive twin room with two 1.5-meter beds, which is completely false! The beds are at most 1.4 meters, barely big enough for one adult and one child to squeeze in. Very important tip! Do NOT stay in room 1828! You'll be so bothered by noise that you won't be able to sleep at all! Seriously, you won't get any sleep all night! Even if you requested a quiet room before checking in, you might still end up in a room like 1828, where the freight elevator noise will keep you up all night! The only reason I'm not giving a bad review is because of their service attitude and their willingness to resolve issues! However, I had to be honest about the room's actual condition to prevent others from making the same mistake! Plus, there's a strong smell from the recent renovation in the room! I'd recommend looking at other options.

The facilities are top-notch, including a complimentary 24-hour gym, self-service laundry room, and multi-functional business meeting rooms. The breakfast buffet on the second floor offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. The front desk service was professional and efficient, and both check-in and check-out were handled quickly. The room was comfortable and cozy, with soft bedding, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

Thanks to the front desk for upgrading our room, but the service wasn't very enthusiastic. After checking in, they left my ID at the front desk. I tried calling the front desk multiple times and they didn't answer until after several attempts. I hope they improve their service. The location is great, right near Lingnan Tiandi, making it convenient to go shopping anywhere. I love this type of apartment hotel with a balcony, blending in with the surrounding ancient buildings and local houses. I'll choose to stay here again next time I'm in Foshan.

Despite my busy schedule, I managed to take my family to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Foshan. The environment was comfortable, and the room hygiene was excellent, with a full range of toiletries. Just a small suggestion: during peak delivery times, I'd recommend picking up your own food. Otherwise, takeaways can queue up, and the robot can't keep up. Having two robots would be better, especially since the hotel is quite large. Other than that, I want to commend Ms. Shirley; she was incredibly warm and even thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and good food. The hotel also has a heated indoor swimming pool, which my kids absolutely loved, saying they want to stay here again next time we visit Foshan. You can enjoy authentic Cantonese dim sum in the morning without having to go far. Whether you're visiting Qinghui Garden and Huagai Road during the day or going out for a late-night snack, getting around is incredibly easy. ✨ Extra Bonus Details: 1. Excellent soundproofing in the room; corridor and outdoor noise were almost imperceptible, ensuring an undisturbed rest. 2. I took my child out for Children's Day. Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room. The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well. Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!
