Firstly, they offered a complimentary shuttle service from Hualien Station to the hotel, and our driver, Xiao Gang, kindly introduced Hualien along the way. Upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff helped us carry our luggage to our room. The outdoor swimming pool was also very comfortable, with live music playing by the poolside, showing the hotel's attention to detail.
