"It was ok for 1 night. I wouldn’t stay there for longer. The room was spacious but old. You get a carpet floor, old school furniture and overall tired room.
Parking isn’t free. We parked outside on the street eventually."
"Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us, and we enjoyed the sunset on our diner with the view of the rhein at their restaurant. Breakfast was fine with lots of variety foods. Evening walk along the Rhein by the hotel make it more romantic. And at the pool, it was warm in the room but still nice to swim."
"The room was old, like the entire hotel, but it had a bit of a renovated 70s vintage style. The room was on the 11th floor and offered a very beautiful view of the green mountains. The beds, however, were uncomfortable; the mattresses were very soft, and we woke up with back pain. But at this price, we shouldn't complain too much. The bathroom, contrary to what was written, was new."
"The hotel is located in front of Koblenz Central Station, making it easy to visit sightseeing spots and eat out. The room, service, and breakfast were all satisfactory, and I have no complaints. The hotel has a parking lot connected to the station, where you can park at the guest price."
"A great location hotel, just on the banks of the Rhine, near the cable car to the fortress 🚡 Get off the bus. My room is very suitable for a person traveler, small and exquisite, lying down to see the castle on the other side of the Rhine. Reluctant to sleep. Hotel breakfast is very good, especially in comparison with other breakfasts in Europe. All five points praise"
"Service was absolutely first class from email contact before arrival, help with a luggage issue upon arrival , checking out, and everything in between. All staff were really lovely and helpful and always smiling!
Food was perfect and the restaurant staff were really engaged with us, recommending items from the menu and perfect wine to accompany the food. Prices were very reasonable too.
This was my second trip to the Mercure in Koblenz and I will definitely be back. Even as a lone female traveller, I felt very comfortable which is a huge benefit to enable enjoyment of the whole trip.
MARVELLOUS, thank you"
"Overall I felt that it was a hotel of a level above normal. Breakfast was also good.
It seems to be convenient to make a travel plan in advance if the breakfast start time is put in the hotel introduction data.
The breakfast at the hotel I stayed on this 2 week trip was 6:30, 7:30 and 7:30.
It is difficult to take breakfast at the hotel at 7:30 and book the train at 8:30 in advance and move."
"Hotel facilities are very good and clean. Friendly staff, free parking. The distance from the center of Coblenz is a bit far away and recommended to stay if there is a residential area or a car around"

Great
GGuest UserThe friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended
XXieyibingHotel renovated in 2024, old money style decoration style, strong air conditioning
The room is clean and quiet. The room is cleaned every day.
The car can be parked diagonally opposite the hotel. Public parking under the bridge is 20 euros overnight fee. Recommended!
GGary Y LiGood breakfast and on site free parking.
Front desk opens only in certain hours.
Shower area is low, I can’t stand up.
There are restaurants and stores nearby.
GGuest UserThe reception staff was professional, and when we checked in, a woman suddenly fainted, and they immediately let her lie sideways for several minutes, and the ambulance had arrived.
The room is not big, there are two 1.2 meters beds, one high and low beds, suitable for four of us. The room card opens the door with a password.
Breakfast is a category with fewer varieties!
GGuest UserNice quiet space to rest up but my room was small, my feet hit the wall from end of the bed and the shower was also compact and narrow. Breakfast was extra charge and not included as implied in the FAQs
AAnonymous UserIt was alright, especially the Mitsubishi aircon, brilliant investment made by the hotel for guests to get through the unforgivable heat wave in germany
