"Super convenient, whether you're heading to the airport or the city center, it's just a three-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Amazingly, there are three decent-sized supermarkets within 100 meters. For food, Arabian BBQ is the main option (and it's delicious), but there's also an Asian buffet nearby that's around €20 for lunch and €30 for dinner. If you're into fitness, TRU Fitness is close by, and a day pass is only €10, which is a great deal. The hotel doesn't have a water dispenser, and you only get one large complimentary bottle of water, but the front desk said the tap water is drinkable. Conclusion: I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hamburg."

"The very friendly service at the reception and the very clean rooms deserve special mention. The location is also good, and the internet connection is even first-class. However, the family room (double bed and bunk bed) lacks a place to store suitcases. Unfortunately, the TV cannot be connected to the internet. Otherwise, as mentioned, we were very satisfied."

"We were there for the fourth time. And the last time. The service has deteriorated with each stay. Just like the breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel has become more expensive. The rooms are still very clean and modern. You have to expect noise from the subway and S-Bahn at night. We always accepted that because the service and breakfast used to be so great. Not anymore. "About 8 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel, the traffic is very convenient, including various buses. But the staff on this road is a bit complicated, some people will gather on the side of the road, there will be inexplicable tension. The hotel room is also good and very clean. "As a young female who travels solo, I felt very safe staying here. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location is great. Easy access to the S and U bahn (approx a 10 min walk) which will take you into the city centre. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were also really comfortable. I will recommend this to my friends/family when they visit Hamburg."
