"This hotel is very new and well-equipped. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Europe. The transportation is convenient overall, but if you use public transportation, you should be careful when you come back at night. You will pass a very dark park. The nearest supermarket is 14 minutes away on foot. If you need anything, you can buy it when you pass by the supermarket and bring it back to the hotel. Otherwise, you have to go out and walk for a long time."

"The hotel outside look a bit old but inside the room look very nice the room is big have alot Lots of space. The problem is when I arrive to the hotel around 13.00 the staff in morning shift very unpolite. We when there to put our bag and will go out for sightseeing but the words that she said to me very unpolite way. We know check in time is 15.00 we just want to keep our bag. She said it not check in this yet and she say you want to put your bag here? and I answer her yes that why am here she very unfriendly. She even not check my book. We are going out for sightseeing and come back around 16.30 the receptionist in the afternoon the lady who checking in me very friendly and helpful. After check in the room was nice but in the hotel the provider only 1 bottle of water. I call to receptionist the man pick up my phone I was asking more bottle of water he said hotel set only 1 bottle if you need more you have to pay i was shocked with his answer because in pullman Köln the have complimentary 2 bottles of water but this hotel give only 1 and this hotel no slippers in the room also if compare with pullman Köln I prefer pullman Köln is better. I don't know why this hotel get top 10 in the application of trip.com and Ranked 4th of trip.com."

"Great service and clean rooms, pretty much the same room type throughout. The overall design is quite minimalist with large windows, though the weather in Germany was a bit chilly during my stay. Still, it was a good experience. I stayed here for several days, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended! You can ask the staff for hot water. Also, check-in is after 3 PM."

"Comfortable, you can take the breakfast there, or go outside, there is a baker at the corner, very nice, the room is nice and clean. You can use fitness studio and Sauna in hotel, it's free. There are trams line 1, 7 and 13 near the hotel. To center 15 min."

"Quite disappointed with the stay. We paid extra for the Kind Aqua Deluxe room because of the room photo showing the window with arcs, but we were assigned the normal window view. By cancelling the housekeeping, you were only given 1 cocktail per room, instead of other hotel chains where 2 drinks were given. The hotel has already save housekeeping cost, but only one drink were given as they hope the 2nd guest will spend on the drink. It will be more hospitable if 2 drinks were given or based on number of guest."

They pay close attention to requests and suggestions and visibly strive to find solutions. The employees treat you with great friendliness, openness, and professionalism, creating a very pleasant and trusting atmosphere. You immediately notice that they work with heart and that people's well-being is their top priority. I came away with a consistently very positive, open-minded, and appreciative impression and can absolutely recommend their service and care."

"Located in the suburbs, it's conveniently located by car, with several multi-story parking garages nearby. However, there aren't many restaurants or shops in the area. The lobby is decent, with a common area where you can sit and chat. Breakfast is rather basic, with limited variety. There aren't many types of ham, but there's plenty of bread and coffee. Dessert options are also scarce."

"We had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, approx 10 minutes walk to the old town / river etc. There are also lots of options nearby for morning coffee, pastries, drinks etc. The room was excellent. The hotel is spotless, room was very comfortable, good air con, and a lovely touch with nespresso coffee machine in each room along with a small minibar that is included as part of your stay and re-stocked. A really nice touch - thank you. All in all cannot fault and would highly recommend."

"The hotel has a great location, not far from various attractions, and close to lively areas but without any noise or crowds. The building and decor are classic and tasteful, the rooms are beautiful, and there is also a sauna and gym. Every hotel staff member is very friendly and helpful in solving your problems. The parking lot is in the basement and there is plenty of space."
