"A very clean, cozy, and modern place to stay. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s a great choice if you’re specifically visiting the Mercedes-Benz Museum. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and pleasant.
Even though we only stayed for two nights, the room was excellent. They even had a kitchen, which was a nice bonus. There’s no bottled water provided in the room, but water, coffee, and snacks are available in the lobby on the ground floor.
Overall, a lovely stay. Highly recommended!"
"The coffee machine was bad. The electric card in the room was bad at the beginning, and the light could not be turned on. I said that the front desk did not believe it and I had to come up to see that we were not diagnosed before changing one, and there was no apology for the whole process."
"Perfectly fine for a solo traveller, with two beds in the room to choose from and spread out one’s belongings. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well insulated. Even though my room was as close to the nearby rail line as any room in the hotel could get, the sound of passing trains never bothered me. The only thing I found lacking was the absence of a safe. I had to lock all valuables in the suitcase before heading out for the day."
"It is next to the stadium. It happened to be the Champions League match that night. You can imagine how exciting it was, so I didn't care. Those who care about sleep quality should be careful. But it is really convenient for those who like football games.
The room is OK, and the sauna is also very comfortable. But you have to walk through the restaurant from the front desk, and there are seven or eight steps, which is inconvenient if you have luggage.
The breakfast is OK."
"The hotel is close to the Mercedes-Benz Museum, ten minutes drive, the room is clean, the sound is very good, there is no noise near the road, but the room I went to live in has a strong personal dislike of the pungent perfume, the impression is not very good"
"its walkable distance from the hbf and the tram is just outside the hotel. breakfast is the same for both days we stayed. spread was okay, not alot. not much things around if you arrive on sunday because most places are closed, but there is a mall just beside the hotel. toilet is clean but no toilet amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste provided, only shampoo conditioner and shower gel. no bedroom slippers either. but you may purchase them from front desk. space is not too big, but still can open two luggages in each corner. bed is comfy, ac and heated shower was good."
"Facilities: There is a coffee machine in the center of the hotel that can be used by yourself
Hygiene: General hygiene
Environment: good
Service: English and German at the front desk
The breakfast buffet is really good. It coincides with the Oktoberfest and there is a company meeting here, and the hotel is expensive in early October.
Don't choose a room on the side of the road, otherwise it will be a bit noisy, you can contact the front desk to change.
Although I could only check in at 3 pm, I asked, waited for half an hour, and let me check in at about 2 o'clock. I didn't charge more money, which was very good."
"Quite an antique hotel yet well maintained.
Basic facilities is available if you don’t expected too much.
Also noted parking availability at hotel premises.
Breakfast is good .
Staffs are all friendly and speaks English , making communication easy."
"Good management from the A&O Stuttgart branch. Good housekeeping. Facilities are complete in a compact building. Great location, just within minutes from Milchof station. Alles gute! Some suggestions, it will be better if there is a notice to the guests regarding drinking water directly from water tap, assessing to guest kitchen and laundry room. The receptionist seems to be overwhelmed by all those minor enquiry, which could be improved. In overall, a great place to stay!"

Great
HHW2002The hotel is on U6 and several S-bahn train station nearby, which makes it convenient traveling into Stuttgart city center. The hotel is AC-cooled, which is significantly for travelers during mid August In Germany as many hotels are not equipped with AC and room can be unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The hotel room is spacious and well designed. Lobby area is lively with a bar and social spaces. Overall, I enjoy the stay here and highly recommend it!
XXMHACTCGreat location, 1min walk from u-bahn, one station from hbf. Clean room, with washing machine and full kitchen included. Safe and quiet at night.
Drawbacks: The structure of my room is weird, making the living room dark at night, with only one lamp. No door dividing the shower area, so the bathroom is full of water after each bath. The shower broke down during my accommodation, I asked them to fix it, and they didn't. After lots of chaos they offered me to change the room, and I decided to put up with it and use the rainforest instead.
In conclusion, not bad if the shower incident hadn't occurred. The service is of great altitude, but not so practical in case of real problems.
GGuest UserThe receptionist was very friendly, the room was very clean, there was a small kitchen for simple cooking, and free coffee and tea were provided in the lobby. The parking fee of 19 euros a day was a bit expensive.
BButterLinThe lobby is quite large and bright. Overall, it's quite comfortable and nice. The room is a bit small, but there's a small windowsill next to it, so you can put your things there without taking up too much space, which is convenient!
GGuest UserWhile the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary.
Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable.
Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price.
On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials.
Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.
GGuest Userİs my third stay here, found it spontaniously from trip.com last jear and is my favourit for prise and performance in stuttgart.. ist always clean and problemless, and reception is always good friendly and the best is the late check out that is 12:00 so i never worry if i had a party at night and want to sleep till 11 :) this time i stayed with girlfrend and also had breakfast and i can tell, coffee is great and all they serve is also great...
İf i am in stuttgart, i never search for a second option, i directly book here and i am happy .
By the way u15 tramp goes directly to haupbahnhof, and if you use train(u have to check db navigator for s4-s5 so at the train station near hotel is a rock pub till 3am and rewe market till 24:00 .
GGuest UserPlus:
Location. Almost literally opposite the Stuttgart train station.
Hospitality: great hospitality from front desk. I personally like it and enjoy it I hope you do too.
Minus/ room for improvement
The bath room can be Abit small for six footer ( people who are more than six foot tall) and with BMI great than say 23-25.
There is some water flow situation where after one take shower then water can get to the floor of the bath room and eventually get to the floor of the room. I am raising this hoping the owner could pay some attention / do something about it when all situation permits for the flooring is very nice, it seems like a pity to get damage in the long run due to excess water from the bath room.
Other tips / reminder
There is Abit of stair cases at the front door and involve moving your luggage uphill to arrive at the hotel. If you need assistance, it is better to inform the hotel and see what can be arranged. I am sure they are happy to help if it is within their means. ( I find them friendly and helpful and enjoy the service. I hope you would enjoy the stay too if u happen to choose this place).
Her şeyi kaliteliydi.
GGuest UserOverall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The highlight was definitely the staff—they are incredibly nice, helpful, and showed wonderful hospitality throughout our visit.
.
However, there were a few downsides to our stay. First, we had requested a room with twin beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with one big bed instead, the staff Yasir was kind enough to try compensatingus with other little better setup room. Second, the ground floor rooms do not have air conditioning (A/C). Since the daytime temperature in Stuttgart during our stay was quite hot (reaching over 30°C), the room got uncomfortable. Lastly, the parking lot costs €20 per night, which felt quite expensive.
Despite these issues, if you are looking for a well-located budget option with great service, it is still a solid choice. Just be sure to double-check your bed configuration and the weather if you book a ground-floor room!
