All data already entered during the booking are not automatically available, but must be entered again. 2. Door closed without function, good half hour waiting for housemaster. There are left-hand telephone slips before reaching the hotline/noise number, I don't understand this under an emergency number. It would have been better to provide an alternative room immediately. 3. No invoice corresponding to the booking / the amount paid. (Invoice amount is 20% lower than the invoice amount. What is that for a booking / you could also use the word fraud and/or tax evasion. As a business traveler, this is a whole disaster Conclusion: as a business traveler, the hotel is completely inappropriate"

One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. "The hotel is over the A9 from Bayern and then the A38 is well reached and is right at the outskirts of the city. The inventory is a little used to, everything was clean for it. I was very satisfied with the bed. TV and shower worked very well. And the price was good! Kaufland was on the back."

"The hotel is about 15 minutes (by tram) from the main train station on a street a little away from the city center. When we arrived at around 11.30 p.m., we were a little disappointed that an international hotel in the Dorint chain no longer serves drinks at the bar, but only has a minimal selection from the reception fridge. In comparatively much smaller hotels, we have often found that the reception is able to serve drinks at the bar. The room was clean and tidy. The furnishings are from the 90s."

Beds aren't made, cleaning only happens every three days, nothing is replenished, and things aren't even checked. Of course, you can report this to reception, and then someone (supposedly) comes. But that doesn't always work. The reception, in turn, is rarely, if ever, reachable by phone. If you go downstairs, you often only see one employee who is completely overwhelmed. Check-in can then take up to 30 minutes. The service in the adjoining restaurant is simply terrible. It's closed for days at a time—so you can't eat or drink anything there, even though it's advertised as being open. The employee was extremely unfriendly, but that can happen. The breakfast service was very good. In conclusion: As a frequent traveler, I would never choose this hotel again, never recommend it, and I'm really annoyed."
