No. 1 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Monchengladbach"The hotel has made some progress compared to my last visit. I was offered a late check-out and upgraded to a studio. Unfortunately, there are still no signposts on the individual floors, making orientation difficult. The rooms are ultra-modern. The hotel looks like construction in certain areas. The TV now works, too. The minibar, which is included in the price, deserves a mention. The elevators also worked."

"location, breakfast, room, bed, bathroom…etc everything was great. especially breakfast was amazing. there’s a open air free parking place shared with sushi restaurant and supermarket. just one remark, during check in and out two different staff at first said breakfast is not included in reservation, them ı insist that it is included and they said ok and told me that it is because the booking information is complicated at trip.com"

"Der Roomaccess ging problemlos. Schönes Apartment mit Küchenzeile, und geräumigen Wohnraum und Badezimmer. Kritikpunkte, es könnte mal neu gestrichen werden und wenn man duscht ist das ganze Badezimmer nass da der Duschvorhqng das Wasser nicht komplett abfängt. Alles im allen ein gutes Zimmer welches man ohne Bedenken buchen kann wenn der Preis stimmt"

"For a 3-day stay, a suite booked, and if I can believe the pictures, it looks fantastic.
It wasn't that way, at least the room I had, a little old, a kitchen with two sticks, one fork, two knives that weren't even clean.
But yes, I'm not going to complain about the money, the beds were all right, the bathroom was all right, there was a TV and a small bank, we were still on the 3rd floor and the lift was broken.
The breakfast was good and the people who worked there were very good. For a transit very good, for a longer stay I would go somewhere else.
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great."

"To be honest, the price of less than 400 can't be asked too much. Overall, it is quite satisfactory, clean and tidy. It is convenient to drive and parking, opposite the supermarket gas station. The only downside is that the webpage has a German version, which looks so troublesome. Self-check-in on the webpage is quite convenient. I hope to promote it a lot, the price is cheap and affordable, and cleanliness is the most important thing."

GGuest UserArrived and faced some issue with the checking in, but the staffs were friendly and kindly guided us thorugh the whole proses. The room was spacious enough for two and was clean. Some basic amenities are available, one bath towel, one hand towel, shampoo, and bath gel. Hope you can provide bath mat in the future. Overall it was good experience.

MMichael KnutDer Check in war freundlich, leider wusste man beim Check in nicht, das ich schon öfter da war und als Stammgast eingetragen wurde. Das Zimmer an sich war wie immer sauber. Die Lage an der Altstadt macht das Ganze sehr laut.

GGuest UserWe stayed in room 232. It was a triple room. It was a bit old. There were dirty diapers in the trash can, and other trash as well. The bed, sheets, and towels were clean. Apart from that, the floors and other areas were very dirty. The door wasn't locked. It wasn't clear who had come and gone before us. Since we checked in late at night, we wanted to go to sleep immediately and didn't request a room change. The breakfast was very good, so we didn't complain to the hotel about that either.

LLisa1995Location is good in order to reach the Messe in Duesseldorf and with good price. Parking was crowded but you can find in the area at walking distance.
Rooms are nice, Breakfast is simple but complete, good tasty bread, no cakes or croissants. Maybe some fresh ham could be added or a variety of yogurts.
Reception is not always open but you can check in late or check out early, just inform them.
Staff is very nice, ready to listen and doing the very best to assist.
The are restaurants at walking distance and you can reach the city center, old town, in 10 minutes by car.
