Great place and location! Downstairs is busy with activities if you want to meet people, but the dorms are actually really quiet. Bed is comfy, would perhaps suggest a small curtain to close the pod if possible.

The environment is fantastic, the language is friendly, and you can see the windmills and round buildings by the sea from the window. The facilities are comprehensive, with plenty of restaurants and bars. It's very close to the subway station, and nearby 7-Elevens and supermarkets are also very convenient. It's also close to the city center, making it easy to get around. PS: Definitely choose a high-floor room! The view is truly expansive; you can watch the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and the incredibly large moon at night.

Budget friendly hotel in the centre of town, close to most of the main locations in Copenhagen (cca 20-30 minutes walk distance). Staff was super friendly, and the cheapest breakfast in the city can be booked if you feel peckish.

The hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The room itself was okay, but the bed felt quite small—I was honestly worried I might fall out. The wall lamp was also poorly placed, making it easy to hit your head. I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there are cheaper options nearby. The biggest problem was the noise. There was significant roadwork outside starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Due to holes in the road, metal plates had been placed over them, and every time someone walked, cycled, or drove over them, it created very loud banging sounds. It was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I initially tried calling reception from the room phone without success, so I used my mobile instead. When I asked to change rooms because of the noise, the response I received was: “It’s a big city, what did you expect?” I found this reply dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve lived in London, so I am well aware of typical city noise—but this was something else entirely. Overall, while the location and WiFi are positives, the noise and the way my concern was handled mean I would not choose to stay here again.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Tivoli Gardens and City Hall Square, and the Central Station is also very close, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and getting around. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable; the mattress and pillows were just right, not too soft and not too firm, so I slept really well and didn't feel tired at all. The front desk service was also very friendly. Overall, my business trip stay was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Copenhagen. I highly recommend it to friends visiting too!

Overall, it was a good stay. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The room, although a bit small, offered great value for money. It's also conveniently located near attractions. The only minor issue was that there were quite a few rooms, and I got a little lost at first.

It’s a nice place to stay ! I came during my overnight stop over from Reykjavik to London through Copenhagen and was looking for a place to rest ! The receptionist ( an Italian or Spanish gent ) was very nice and welcoming! The check in was smooth and well explained! I requested a lower bed and even if I booked last minute my wish was fulfilled:) I had a nice sleep ! :)

Everything about this place was excellent! It's definitely worth a visit. The price was great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. I'd happily choose this place again and again. The location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for public transport and the subway. Highly recommend booking here!

This hotel is right in the city center, which isn't ideal for major attractions, but it was super convenient for where I needed to go (Copenhagen University). It's entirely self-service. My room was in a separate small building in the courtyard, so I ended up dragging my suitcase around the main building for twenty minutes before I found it! 😅 The room had a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and a fridge, which was great for cooking. However, there was a strong food smell every time I opened the fridge, and my duvet also had a very noticeable food smell near the head area. I had to turn it around to sleep at night. 😭 The hotel doesn't offer room cleaning services; if you want it cleaned or linens changed, you have to pay extra. The only seating in the entire room was a small sofa under the TV, and I kept bumping my head on the TV – it wasn't very practical. It really could use another chair. Still, for Copenhagen, the price of this hotel was quite cheap.

Overall, the stay was good. The location was convenient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were several issues with cleanliness and comfort. While I understand the concept of a wet room, more attention should have been paid to maintenance. There was visible limescale and chlorine residue on the shower head and sink, which gave a poor impression of hygiene. Additionally, the carpet in the room was stained, as were the curtains. Finally, the mattress was quite uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. With better attention to cleanliness and improved bedding, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
