"The room was neat and clean. It is the unprovoked design of a mirror in the middle of the two wardrobes, and I can't cover it. The TV is not good-looking and the function is a bit problematic. Breakfast, it can be said to be very ordinary. The restaurant production can be said to be quite general and very salty. But the scenery here is really first class, nothing to say. "I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito"

"My child and I arrived at the hotel almost 8 o'clock in the evening. The hotel staff was very patient. Due to the language barrier, the staff took the initiative to take out the mobile phone translation. When we left the next day, we called a taxi. The service was in place and the hotel was very clean and safe."

"These guys are very nice, friendly and helpful. Anything you might need, they are always there to help. Location is great, close tl Ejido park, historic center and artesanal market, nice and quiet in the night. Breakfast is also very delicious. Rooms are clean and they clean them daily and provide new towels if necessary without any questions. I totally recommend this place. My second time here and definitely I will come again"
