"The hotel room was a decent size, and there were many handicrafts on the first floor. The location was very convenient, in a residential area, directly accessible by the C1 bus. There was a particularly delicious bakery nearby. There was no coffee machine, slippers, or bottled water, but toiletries were provided. The soundproofing was so-so; I could clearly hear the snoring from next door at night. Luckily, I wasn't jet-lagged, otherwise I wouldn't have slept well."

"We had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Madrid City Center. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Madrid and get around the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered great value for money. What made our stay even more memorable was the timing of our visit during the World Cup. We were incredibly lucky to be able to experience the Spain World Cup parade right from our hotel room balcony! It was such a unique and unforgettable experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a great location, good value, and a wonderful World Cup memory. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is in modern design and nicely clean. It has all necessities we need. Booked with breakfast but the restarant we went was different from the photos they advertised here and not in the same building. The breakfast we had was only tea or coffee, juice and toast or Croissant there was no other choice. The breakfast was not worth to what I've paid. Hotel doesn't have physical reception with staffs where you can check in as the traditional way. You can only do online check-in to be able to get your room number and access code. Use What's Up to communicate with hotel for any service. Location is not right in the center but near metro stations with easy commute."

"Overall, the staff were very polite and even gave us detailed recommendations for nearby attractions and good eats, as well as explaining the free 001 bus route. However, the hotel's location is a bit far from the subway or bus station, requiring about a 10-15 minute walk, but it's still acceptable. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, though the elevator does shake a little, which was a bit scary."

"The most iconic feature of the Riu Hotel is undoubtedly its 27th-floor 360° sunset view bar🌇. Hotel guests get complimentary access with their room key card, while non-guests need to purchase a ticket. It's 5 euros before 5 PM and 10 euros after 5 PM. You buy tickets at the back of the hotel; just walk around from the main entrance, take the elevator to the 26th floor, then walk up the stairs to the 27th floor, where you'll find the observation deck and bar. The hotel is massive with a large number of rooms, and there's a constant flow of people. To use the elevator, you have to swipe your room card and select your floor. The system automatically assigns an elevator, and you then find the corresponding cabin based on the letter displayed – it feels a bit like working in a large office building. During breakfast rush hour, the crowd is huge, and the dining atmosphere is more like a company cafeteria. Overall, the experience is just average."
