Amazing guaranteed sea views from modern and extremely clean apartment. Breakfast amazing. Lovely quiet location in La Paz, 15 mins up hill from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Bus stop very close for airports

The room is large with a beautiful view. The room we booked has a kitchen, but there are no cutlery or utensils. The room does not provide any free or paid drinking water, and the vending machine on the first floor does not work well. The breakfast is rich, but there is no Spanish ham.

Det er forkert at det koster 3 euro Per dag at bruge safe når der ellers er så fin service. Og så er parkering i kælderen aaalt for dyrt 160 euro for 1 uge 😫 alt andet og service rigtig fint 😁👌

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel in Puerto de la Cruz! Alles war super – saubere Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre und eine tolle Lage in der Nähe von Restaurants, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und man fühlte sich einfach willkommen. Ich kann das Hostel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Booked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.

Отель расположен в самом центре на набережной. С балкона роскошный вид на океан и слышны волны, что настраивает на вечнос ть, уходит вся суета. Отелю более 300 лет, сохранен а обстановка того времени, портреты отцов основателей, даже полы тех времен. Здорово! Еще и звон часов на старинной башне... Сами номера чистые, просторные. Питание нормальное, голодными не будете. Живут в основном британцы и немцы. До автовокзала 15 мин пешком - удобно. Вообщем, отель оставляет приятное впечатление и с удовольствием приеду еще раз !

Its a good location. But the hotel is a bit noisy. You can hear when other rooms are busy and flashing toilets.

The location is good, a quiet area, and you can almost always find parking. It's a bit far from the city center. The service was adequate. Breakfast and dinner were fine.

Buenas tardes, queria dejar constancia del mal servicio debido a que el ascensor ademas de no estar a planta de recepción, ya que te obligan a subir al primer piso para asi hacer uso de ello (subiendo las maletas a manos un piso), ademas dicho ascensor lo apagaban porque funcionar, funciona pero tenía un fallo el cual hacia que la botonera para recepcionar dicho ascensor se quedaba sonando y motivó por el cual bajaban las palancas de electricidad, no siendo esa la solución. Se les pregunta porque no se llama a los técnicos y todo el mundo nos dice que llaman pero no vienen. Esto no se trata de una casa particular, sino de un hospedaje donde tienen que dar los servicios contratado y asi no se ha hecho. Despues el hotel lo que es las habitaciones bien pero con alguna carencia que se puede entender debido a que nos informan que estan acabados de reforma. Ejemplo sin basura en la habitación, para ducharse sin ningun lugar para poner los geles de baño, sin secador, etc.

location is super close to bus station and city centre. 24h front desk, can leave luggage for free. Checkin is in another apartment which is 1 min walk away, no problem with that. The studio comes with everything including fridge, hair dryer, microwave etc, but no fan/ac in the room, however it’s not too hot even in summer july
