This hotel is a gem. The location, the friendly staff, the room, the historical added bonus of staying in this place. We loved here. My bed was incredible. Overall it was a remarkable staying. I want to thank the hotel staff for helping us. We had many suitcases and wheelchair. The helped us since the moment we arrived to the hotel. The food from the restaurant is outstanding and there are many choices. We will definitely stay there again. Gracias

A very unique experience, I had a cheap and good communion, 40 euros, the restaurant environment is good, the steak is very delicious. The hotel is very distinctive and will go again in the future.

The hotel is relatively simple, the room is not big, in the old town, parking is super troublesome. The hotel does not have a parking location, you need to park 5 or 600 meters away, self-driving, luggage is not recommended.

We end our pilgrimage here with 2 nights more to tour around Santiago. The front desk Alba and Agus were the reason that makes this hotel the choice while in Santiago. They are so helpful, understanding, thoughtful and go all out to make sure we have all our needs taken care of. We were early for check in and we left our luggage’s but when we came back to check they have already place it into our rooms. We have a very early checkout before the breakfast hours and they were so nice to prepare breakfast for take away. They were just great and the hotels is great.

In order to see the incense stove of San Diego Cathedral, the original hotel has no room, so I booked it here. The hotel crosses the road and reaches the ancient market after going uphill. It takes a few minutes to walk to the church. The room the hotel gave me was a semi-underground suite, and it was the end. I went out for a stroll after putting my luggage. I came back at night and found that the door of the room could not be locked inside. There was no way, and I had never lived in such a bad place. Forget it, just sleep for one night. Front desk service, breakfast environment is very good.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which saved us a lot of time during our trip. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was cozy, and the overall environment felt quiet and safe. The staff were also friendly and helpful, adding to the smooth experience from check-in to check-out. Overall, it is a great choice for travelers who value a convenient location, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again.

Very clean and spacious room with very comfortable beds and pillows. Also loved the breakfast served at this place. Very good quality. Be sure to get there early since it tends to get quite busy and there can be a bit if a wait for coffee. The service both at reception and in the restaurant was warm and friendly. The free shuttle was great. Here again, get there a bit ahead if time since it can fill up quickly. When bringing guests back to the hotel, the driver made two trips which was really appreciated.

Great central location and beautiful old building . Room was simple and pleasant - perfect for me. Breakfast was not the best - cafeteria style, auto machine coffee, limited selection of items available - it was extremely busy and if you got up from table to fetch something from the buffet your place setting was likely to be whisked away. On the corridors to the rooms , it was extremely dark and most the automatic sensors for the lights were slow to activate, leaving you flapping your arms in the dark to trigger them.

Best location, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and shopping just meters from the door and a short walk up to the cathedral and all the labyrinthine medieval quarters. The accommodation feels like a smaller apartment, the bed is large and comfortable, good storage for things in a large wardrobe, small fridge with freezer compartment and a large shower room with toilet. The accommodation is clean and safe, but in our particular room there was no view from the window, but it was cool and nice in the room and there was a fan that worked great.

At an inn near Santiago de Compostela, I felt that this beauty was quite affordable. The hotel staff was kind and it was quite good. (checking luggage before check-in and guide to toilets, etc.)
