Hotels near 10th arr., Paris

Overall, it was convenient, very close to the subway, and the bakery next door was delicious. The hotel room was a bit small but definitely sufficient. The front desk staff were very polite and quick to assist, and there's a free water dispenser.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for two people. You might struggle a bit with a large suitcase! It had a bed, a bathroom, and a shower, which was all we needed. Just like in Rome, the beds in Paris tend to be on the softer side, which I found quite uncomfortable! There's a small kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Before we left, we bought some sausages from the supermarket and heated them up in the microwave in the small kitchen, which was perfect for lunch!

The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was quite spacious. The location was absolutely fantastic, I was very happy with it.

Postives: Great location- best location that I’ve stayed for a Eurostar trip. Staff were also very friendly. Room was also clean and tidy Negatives: it would have been nice to have a small water bottle in the hotel room on arrival, even for 80 cents. Small gesture but very nice. The keycard to the room consistently stopped working at least once a day, sometimes twice a day which was highly frustrating especially given that it may take 4 mins to walk the stairs to your room and you have to get back down again. This happened to a number of guests during my stay and would have frustrated me in the long term. This needs to be resolved

The location is great, right next to Gare de l'Est, which is very convenient, especially for those catching a train or staying for a short night. There are also supermarkets nearby. Police cars often patrol the area, so it's best to be mindful of your safety.

Breakfast was excellent, Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cheeses, pastries, cereals, yoghurts, all very good quality apple juice, orange juice, tea, coffee et cetera The room was fine ,nice big bed & comfortable…I didn’t really like the pillows, but my partner did. I found the room very warm. I’m not sure the air-conditioning was working and it only went down to 17°. The bathroom was very small, but had everything you needed and was Clean My partner is 6 foot four and found the shower quite a squeeze( He’s tall, not fat) Reception were very helpful. The Restaurant staff were lovely. The Cleaner is very pleasant. There was a hairdryer ,tea and coffee making facilities You can help yourself from the downstairs bar for extra tea, coffee, milk, et cetera or ask at reception We had clean towels every day as there was nowhere to dry the  towels… The towels were very small. You might want to take a microfibre one with you if you’re used to a larger towel. It is noisy as it is on a junction where the train station is, but the trains do stop at midnight.. They do provide earplugs👍 One night, some people were talking outside at 3 am we were on the third floor.. The other guests were slamming doors at God knows what time and you could hear people using the bathroom..

This was a lovely hotel to stay in. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Great to have international tv channels including BBC too. The room was smaller than expected but still perfectly fine, with a modern bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast was perfect - there was a good variety and it was self service so you can have whatever you wanted to. No problem leaving our luggage there on the final day before collecting it later. The macarons on our arrival were delicious too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

My daughter and I arrived at the hotel at 10.30am and the staff helped us to check in immediately. We could relax for a bit before heading out. Though we booked a standard Double Room, they gave us a Triple Twin bed room. The room is so spacious. My daughter absolutely love it. Also, the location is unbelievably convenient. We could just walk to Galeries Lafayette and Palais Garnier too. There are so many good cafes around which are within walking distance of 15~20 minutes....such as Cult Coffee, Kozy Cafe, Shigure Cafe, Cafe Jirisan and the nice Japanese Ranen place ”Isshin Ramen” Highly recommend!

Thank you Avalon Cozy! This was a great find for me, hotel with a balcony and bathtub, Balcony coffee watching the sunset. This is close the train station with easy access to city transportation, bus, bikes and if you like to get your steps in, walking is a great way to see this city! The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice little garden to sit and have a coffee or a drink. Good breakfast and nice sitting areas.

The service was great, and the hygiene was excellent, but the soundproofing was terrible. The noise of people opening and closing doors was very loud. All four of us, in separate rooms, couldn't get any sleep.
