"The hotel is very close to the subway, about a 5-minute walk, making it very convenient to get to tourist attractions. The hotel was renovated in 2021; the bathroom is nicely decorated and bright with a window, but the rooms are rather small and poorly lit. There's no elevator to the hotel reception, but the staff are very friendly and helpful with luggage."

"A clean hotel in a great central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot to take my phone charger, they helped me by giving their own charger to me and i returned it on my check out time. They don’t even asked me for it. My stay was excellent from check-in to check-out. The front desk team welcomed me warmly, and our room was spotless. The bed was very soft, and the hotel was quiet at night."

"The staff especially is extremely polite, kind and considerate. They were patient with my weak French skills and sympathetic to me needing a good night’s sleep. It is a little bit tricky if you go out til very late as there is no key fob to get into the hotel building , one must ring a bell, but the gentleman who came was very nice about it. There are not many bells and whistles in terms of amentities, but if you need a practical hotel right next to the metro it is a perfect choice… near many beautiful sites, shops and activities, it is a great choice"

"Had a wonderful stay at the First Hotel. The service throughout the hotel was warm and professional. Special thanks to Omar from the front desk, when I checked in being told I was the last guest who arrived ( was around midnight) he said he gave me the best room with amazing view, which is very nice touch of him and his hospitality skills, especially to me after a long journey and feeling knackered. Rooms and bed are spacious and super clean with a views of Eiffel Tower. They clean the room daily and there's a TV, AC, WiFi, coffee corner, free bottle of water, a nice clean bathroom with shower and amenities too. Overall, First Hotel is a fantastic small modern boutique hotel, made me feel like home, good location close to train station, cafés, restaurants & shops. I highly recommended this hotel and will 100% stay here again.!!"

"This is a great hotel! It's super convenient with multiple metro lines, bus stops, and the Montparnasse train station all nearby. I felt like it was pretty central too, not far from any of the attractions. Plus, there's a market, two supermarkets, and various restaurants (including McDonald's) in the vicinity. The room itself was excellent. I booked a deluxe room, and it seems the front desk upgraded me to an Edgar Exclusive room. I stayed for five nights, and the bath towels were changed daily, the bed was made every day, and they replenished the bottled water and coffee capsules. The bed sheets were changed every three days. My room, 601, felt quite spacious, probably around 20 square meters. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. I arrived early on the first day and left my luggage, and when I returned, it had already been delivered to my room. Perhaps the only minor drawback was the countertop sink in the bathroom; it was a bit awkward to use, and if the water pressure was too high, it would splash out. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. Also, I'm not sure why Ctrip indicated there was no air conditioning in the room, because there definitely was, and the bathroom also had an electric heater. All in all, I'm very satisfied with my choice of hotel for my Paris trip."

"I was a solo traveller, the room was small but the bed very comfortable. Everything was very clean and possibly been renovated fairly recently. I was on the 6th floor, it was very quiet. The bathroom was nice, large lovely shower, but the only negative was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom. I did not report it until my check out as I was hardly in the room (my fault). The staff were pleasant, helpful and the hotel small but quaint. The location is great for cafes and restaurants and the train station is nearby. I would recommend to solo travellers in particular."

"Overall, it was quite clean. The bed was a bit small, but for a per-person booking, it was acceptable, similar in width to a dormitory bed. It felt like a typical three-star hotel. The bathroom design was better than expected; it wasn't small, had good wet/dry separation, and the tiles and such were clean. The bathroom lighting was also ample, making it feel very clean (cleaner than the room carpet). However, the overall spacing, corridors, and room carpets are a matter of opinion. The room itself was quite small, making it a bit difficult to walk around once two 24-inch suitcases were open. The front desk service was excellent 👍. Overall, it was still good value for the price. At this price point, it's a good option, one of the better three-star hotels."

"Good afternoon. In general impression on 3. The location is excellent and close to all the sights. But! The room was very cold on my comments I was told to ”twist the air conditioner” and waved. There is also but. The air conditioner gained a maximum of 26 degrees and, provided the room was also very raw - that is not enough, sorry. Furthermore, everywhere the pelvic in the bathroom and the bathroom. The pelvic is dirty. In the bedroom is a wet wall (photo appended). On the second night I started coughing, which was ONLY in the room and had a chest sick (there was no cough on the street). Last night (3 nights) the crude was already crude and I had a temperature since the morning. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! Compensation for treatment is reliable? And make repairs, seriously."

"The room is very large and comfortable, the equipment is a bit old and does not affect the use. The door cannot be locked, and it can be opened outside the door if there is a card. Facilities: Some old Hygiene: clean Environment: Quiet Service: Excellent."

"This is the best stay during our trip in Europe (15 days), we chose this hotel due to its convenient location and good price when we booked. It actually exceeded our expectations!!! The hotel is very clean, even though the room is small (very normal in Paris), it has everything we needed. The highlight was the staff, all the staff are very friendly and talked to us all the time, feeling like home, not just customer and staff relation. Not to mention that the complimentary coffee from the coffee machine downstairs was the best! We came from Australia indulged by one the best coffees in the world, Paris coffee tastes very average, but the coffee machine has great coffee beans and it tastes so much better than the one from coffee shops we have been to in Paris and all other European countries:) The district is very decent, safe, peaceful, but close to everything you need, some places in Paris with very cheap price can be very dodgy. Highly recommend to everyone!"
