"We had a really good stay here. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout. When our air conditioning was not working properly, we called for assistance and someone came to check it within five minutes, which was impressive. At check-in, the staff also recommended some places to visit nearby, which was very helpful. Breakfast was made to order, so you could choose what you liked from the menu. I thought this was a brilliant idea, as it helps reduce waste and gives guests more choice."

"Really good location, 5 minute walk to quayside if that. It’s worth nothing it is down steps to the quayside. The coffee machine and free pastry’s is a lovely touch. No complaints"

"Great location, within walking distance to both the train station and St. James' Park. I had already paid for the hotel when I booked it, but they asked for my credit card again during self-check-in. I had to find a staff member to process it manually afterwards, so be careful about that. The room was very spacious, and I could fully open my suitcase. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak."

"They have a coffee/tea/ hot chocolate corner with a microwave. Next to it a chill out space with tables and TV. Nice clean showers and toilet in the room. One shower was missing shampoo and soap and only had conditioner."

"Very easy checked in and out. Hotel is very near to the Newcastle Central train station and attractions. Although encountering small issues with the room air conditioner, the issue was fast being resolved and the staff in charged was very kind to give us the breakfast as a token of compensation. All the staff are friendly and a hotel to stay when you’re here in Newcastle."

"Frankly, the size of the room is beyond my imagination, very spacious apartment. The kitchen has everything that should be set. You can make breakfast and dinner yourself. We have one night to make our own seafood dinner. You can wash clothes. It feels like home. The facilities are old. Travel is also very convenient, very close to the train station and supermarket, will consider here next time."

"The hotel boasts a superb location, close to the subway station and within walking distance of the city center and the coast, offering convenient access to various attractions. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, although the mattress was saggy and the pillows were of poor quality."

"Attended a graduation ceremony, and this hotel was super convenient, right next to the train station – literally stepped out and there it was. Perfect since we were constantly going back and forth. There's also a commercial street nearby, so shopping and food were easily accessible. The facilities were good too, standard Hampton by Hilton setup, and the hygiene was decent. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was okay. The only downside was having to pay a £25 deposit upon check-in, which hardly any other hotels require."

"The staff were very helpful, professional & friendly. My room was excellent just the job. The fruit tea was great and so was the bathroom, tv and lighting. I went to a gig in Gateshead at the Central. It would also be excellent for the Glasshouse. I look forward to staying again."
