Moxy Bristol

We stayed at the Moxy Bristol from Friday to Monday while attending a friend’s wedding and had a great experience. The room was comfortable, modern, and exceeded our expectations for the price. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was also very good, with a decent selection of both hot and continental options. If I had to mention a couple of minor drawbacks, the water pressure was occasionally a little low and the Chromecast in our room did not seem to work properly. That said, neither issue had much impact on our stay, and we would happily stay here again when visiting Bristol.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the river, making it very convenient to get to the commercial district, tourist attractions, and Bristol University. It's the best hotel in the area. The hotel is a converted old building, giving it a classic and elegant feel.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to Temple Meads train station, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the main city attractions. Although the room's interior is simple, it has all the essential amenities, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom also comes with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The bed was very comfortable as well. The front desk staff were all very helpful and polite. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

My husband and I stayed for two nights as we were attending my daughter’s wedding. My second daughter and friends also stayed. The location was perfect, the rooms and bed were spacious and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient having a bar on site and great that the kettle was actually by a socket!! 🤣😃I would definitely recommend The Future Inn 😀

The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet considering it's central location. The room would benefit from a little TLC, the walls could do with a lick of paint as they were rather scuffed and the carpet was a bit tired and worn, but these aren't big issues. Also, the blackout curtain wasn't wide enough to cover the full width of one of the windows so there was a 6-inch gap at one end. The air conditioning was working fine (and quietly), my room was a comfortable temperature despite the heatwave. A couple of suggestions to improve the room - put a socket beside the bed so guests don't have to charge their mobile phone on the other side of the room, and put a mirror above the desk so guests can use the hairdryer at the desk rather than standing in front of the full length mirror and having to put their hairbrushes on the floor. The breakfast was a pretty standard buffet - hot food, pastries, continental cold meat and cheese selection, yoghurt, fruit etc. I think they may also have done some dishes to order but I didn't see a menu on any of the tables. There is also a gym but I didn't go in so can't rate it. The location is excellent - very central and just minutes walk away from many bars, restaurants, the waterside etc.

The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful, but the location is ok as there is not much around the area and you are a bit of a trek from the centre of town & things to do. The lady who checked us in, I believe that she is Scottish, was so helpful and we cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us, she is a credit to the business. The room was comfy and quiet, and the breakfast was great. I would recommend staying here but for us I think we'd rather stay closer to amenities in future, when we revisit Bristol

Overall, it was a great experience. We were given a room on the 9th floor, offering a different perspective of Bristol. The stay was comfortable, the environment was nice, and the facilities were decent. Definitely better than the Holiday Inn in the city center.

Environment: The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to walk, take the bus, go to the supermarket, and eat Facilities: The room is relatively large, the bathroom is spacious, and two bottles of water are provided every day, as well as tea and coffee You must stay in a high-rise room when staying here, definitely. We were given the 5th floor at first, and the room was small and dark. By the way, the lack of lights in the room is a small problem. Living in a high-rise not only has a good view of the church and the Ferris wheel, but the key is that it is very bright. I stayed there for seven days and was satisfied when I moved to a high-rise room

Cheap, but very clean! You get what you pay for!.... Single bed with only able to use half of the mattress as the springs were sinking on one side!!! Notified reception - response - not my job! 😠... Contact customer support... Contacted customer support - surprise, surprise - SILENCE 😬 First week of a 9 month contract - Stayed 4 nights, already booked elsewhere! Location is great... Served by lots of shops and restaurants with a brilliant bus service... Can't fault location! N.B They supply 2 bath towels only and you are expected to wash yourself and reuse! 🤦
