"Pros: Loved our stay! Sleek interiors, friendly and helpful staff, and a great rooftop pool with magnificent views. The Uber collaboration with vouchers and a dedicated lobby lounge was a nice touch. Breakfast had a good spread and was delicious (especially the honeycomb!). Special thanks to the housekeeping team for going the extra mile to provide us with firm pillows after our long drive. Truly appreciated! Cons: None! 😊"

"This hotel was so wonderful that two days simply weren't enough, especially with such a packed itinerary. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly. From the initial check-in to answering my questions in between, and even until the final moment of check-out, they always greeted me with a smile. If I ever travel to Croatia again, I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again! 👍"

"Two of us on a business trip. The location is decent, not far from the train and bus stations. The service was good. Overall cleanliness and environment are fine. The beds in the double room are small, they're single beds."

"In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended."

"The room was bright and airy with simple, practical furnishings. The bathroom was also quite spacious. It had a large balcony, but the door was locked. Given that a main road runs just below, there's probably a good reason for that. Breakfast and dinner were included. Dinner was mediocre, not much variety, and drinks had to be ordered separately. However, there was one soup, a rich cauliflower soup, which was a local specialty. Breakfast was excellent and very plentiful."

"From “A to Z”, this hotel is simply incredible: the kindness of the front desk staff, the comfort of the room, the cleanliness of the property, the deliciousness of the breakfast, the exemplary customer service mindset, etc. I especially thank Ms. Marina to cut my watermelon and serve it on a plate and the 4th floor cleaning lady to help me with my luggages. 110% RECOMMENDED!!"

"The bed provided a solid night’s rest and felt properly maintained throughout the stay. The mattress and linens were neat and comfortable, adding to the room’s overall comfort. The space was set up well and easy to settle into. Amenities worked smoothly without any disruption. The overall experience was calm, reliable, and satisfying."

"Arrived in the middle of the night due to the convenience of the plane. I went without knowing that check-in was until 22:00, and I was inconvenient, but I managed to guide me to the room and I was able to spend a comfortable time. Thank you. There was no sign (just not found?) The entrance was so dark that it took me a while to reach it. If you go early, there may be no problem at all. Since it was Saturday night, there were clubs nearby in the center of Zagreb, and the trams were moving late and it was in a city where I couldn't sleep, so it might be perfect for checking in early and playing outside. no!"

"Economical choice, located in the city center, within walking distance to everything. The room facilities are just so-so. It's OK to stay for one night in Zagreb as the starting point of a self-driving trip."
