"The hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay. The hotel breakfast was great, and the staff were quick to replenish food. The location is excellent, within walking distance to two major attractions: Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle. If you walk a bit further, you can see the Parliament Building and Chain Bridge at night. The only downside was that on the last night, the couple next door were, uh, *very* loud, and it sounded quite painful. I'm pretty sure the whole building could hear them..."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Right behind it is the commercial center Flosmarti Square, and just down from the square is Váci Street, which leads directly to the Central Market. The Parliament Building is only about a 20-minute walk away, so it's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The room features a great wet/dry separation, and the design is very well thought out, with a spacious shower. The hotel's room service is excellent; they even come in every afternoon to turn down the bed, tidy up, and close the curtains to create a perfect sleeping atmosphere. The front desk check-in was a bit frosty. Initially, when we arrived around 1 or 2 PM, they insisted check-in was strictly at 3 PM. However, after asking someone nearby, who might have been a manager, they said we could check in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"This beautifully designed hotel directly overlooks the Chain Bridge and is incredibly close to Buda Castle and Fisherman's Bastion. The views are stunning, and it offers a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. A wonderful touch was the complimentary wine and chocolates we received upon check-in!"

The service exceeded all expectations! We were warmly welcomed and even offered early check-in, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the coffee was really good . Every detail made us feel genuinely cared for- we would return without hesitation!"

"The view from the accommodation is amazing!! The location is also perfect, right in front of Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion, and the Parliament Building's night view spot, making it easy to get around. There's also a supermarket very close by~"

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, just steps from the food street, with Chinese and Western restaurants nearby, including a Michelin-starred restaurant. Various attractions are also within walking distance. The hotel was newly renovated in 2022, and all the facilities are very good. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff are very warm and friendly—I would have given them full marks for service! However, on my last day at breakfast, I got burned by the food tongs. The tongs were extremely hot and placed on the food plate (I guess the tongs and food had just been taken out of the oven). This shouldn't happen in a five-star hotel."

"This hotel is in an ideal location close to the opera and St Stephen’s Basin in the heart of Pest. The staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful , available all day long. The accommodations have super comfortable beds, crisp linen and classic and functional bedroom layout that includes a safe, fridge and kettle. The ensuite shower room is well appointed, includes a hairdryer shower gel, hand wash and body lotion..and most importantly a fantastic fast flowing shower. The prices are super competitive, the breakfast menu is extensive and serves great coffee ! A bar and food service is also available with several different seating areas where guests can relax and socialise … A fantastic package and a thoroughly enjoyable stay in central Budapest.. accessible to all the main attractions, eateries, ruin bars , shopping and the Danube river ."

"We stayed in a clean room, and the staff were very hospitable. We requested a quiet room, and it was accommodated. The location was quite good, though being on the main street made us a bit uneasy. We felt a slight tremor in the building when a train passed, which made us uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the room was problematic."

"Clean and new. The breakfast made me happy 😋 The location was amazing too — within walking distance of St. Stephen's Basilica, the Chain Bridge, and Parliament. It was such a nice vibe walking along the Danube River."

"I originally wanted to book a hotel in Bad Ischl, a popular transit point, but it was sold out. In the end, I chose Bad Goisern, just one stop away. I loved this hotel so much that I took tons of photos. The room is quite large for Austria, with a balcony and a kitchen. Since eating out in the lake area is difficult, we bought some food at the supermarket next to the hotel, cooked it ourselves, and ate on the balcony, listening to the birdsong outside. It was so relaxing. There are free bicycles in the underground garage; you can email the code in advance. The hotel is about 800 meters from the train station and a 500-meter walk from bus stop 541, making it very convenient for trips to Gosau or St. Wolfgang. Transportation in the lake area is very convenient, as long as you choose the right time. I recommend buying a day ticket; it's very cost-effective!"
