"There are a few things I like about this place:
1. a place close to the top of the puncak pass, so it's definitely cold
2. beautiful hotel environment, lots of trees, there is a lake, far from the crowd of the road.
3. comfortable rooms, clean and soft mattresses, warm water, thick and long bath towels, thick mattress blankets, mineral water and warm water are provided in the thermos,
4. the price is affordable
5. Can make camping too
6. there is a villa for those who come (near the lake)

HHelsienStone really booked the hotel at 7 o'clock after magrib, until 11 o'clock. When I first arrived at the hotel, I saw the landscape of the stairs very fast.

The hotel is very compact, new building, cozy, friendly staff, easy access, clean bathroom, really worth staying in the peak area of Cipanas.

GGuest UserAesthetically pleasing, but not very functional. The layout itself is a bit odd. The bathroom is placed right next to the bed. Instead of a solid wall, there's just a sliding wooden door, and the frame doesn't even meet the wall, leaving gaps on either side of the bathroom door.
As a result, bathroom smells easily waft into the room. Sounds from using the toilet are also very clearly audible, because again, it's a large wooden door, not a soundproof aluminum frame attached to the wall.
Imagine praying in the room while someone is actively using the toilet right in front of you, with all the sounds and smells. Don't tell me there's an exhaust fan; for someone with a high level of nose and ear sensitivity, that's definitely not enough.
Additionally, I didn't sleep well because when all the lights are turned off, including the toilet light, the exhaust fan also turns off. So if you want the bathroom to stay dry, the exhaust fan needs to be on, but if you turn off the light, the fan goes off too. Meanwhile, if the fan is off, the bathroom odors spread into the room (since they're right next to each other).
Imagine trying to sleep with the lights off, accompanied by bathroom odors. I swear it made me overthink everything; I couldn't sleep at all.
I've stayed in dozens of hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such a strange layout. It made it impossible to sleep.
If I may offer a suggestion, it would be better to replace the wooden door with an aluminum frame to prevent bathroom odors and sounds from escaping into the room (especially since the bed and bathroom are directly facing each other). I hope Novus Giri finds this review helpful. Wishing you continued success.

AAnwar Alabdaliwe booked an executive suite, they gave us a room on the 11th floor. it has a good view, but the moment we turned on the jacuzzi to use it, it smelled like sewerage and it flushed so much dirt, and the shower wasnt hot enough. we asked to change the room, and they gave us a room on the 7th floor near by the kids pool, where you dont need an alarm because kids will wake you up by 7 Am. the breakfast has a good variety, but the plates arent always clean. The hotel has an amazing view, and its near by the events. its 3hrs away from the airport.
حجزنا اكسكيوتف سوت وعطونا غرفة فالطابق ١١، بس اول ما شغلنا الجاكوزي طلعت ريحة مجاري، وصار يطلع أوصاخ! غيرولنا الغرفة للطابق ٧ قريب مسبح الأطفال، وما احتجنا منبه لان الاطفال ينهضونا يوميا الساعه ٧ الصبح بازعاجهم. ايضًا ستائر الحمام فيها عفن، مما يعني قلة النظافة فالفندق. الفطور جيد، بس الصحون غير نظيفة كفايه. الفندق قريب من معظم الفعاليات ويطل على مناظر جميلة جدًا. يبعد عن المطار قرابة ٣ ساعات ونصف. يناسب العوائل.

FFifi EffieFor a deluxe room, it's very spacious! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They are fast in ensuring you have a pleasant stay. I would say that the place is more towards the family oriented though. If you are traveling with children, they would love the slides at the pool side. Though it would be nice if those who are not traveling with family can be place further from families as the kids then to be running around the floor which isn't really good.
Breakfast spread wise, it's okay I guess. The area to eat breakfast is away from the main hotel. Hence, you have to walk a bit to the breakfast area. The mountain view is worth it though. It's nice to have a nice hot drink at the balcony with the mountain view in the morning. Water heater wise, if you need the hot water, it's definitely good! They have shampoo and soap with all the bathroom necessities as well. Worth the stay!

GGuest UserHousekeeping service is slow. The dining tables are always dirty. Room tidiness and cleanliness are good, but they constantly forget things. Sometimes it's the slippers, other times it's the towels. Every time I call them, it takes forever for them to bring it, and if I don't keep following up, they won't bring it at all. Room service is poor.

AAndrew LSTI had a very pleasant stay at Palace Hotel Cipanas. The hotel is in a great location with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful mountain views. The weather is cool, making it a perfect place to relax for a few days.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in process was smooth.
One of the highlights was the swimming pool. It’s large, well maintained, and the water is refreshingly cold, making it especially enjoyable to swim in with the cool mountain climate.
The hotel is also conveniently located near attractions in Cipanas and Puncak, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short drive away.
One thing to keep in mind is that traffic around Puncak can be very heavy on weekends and public holidays due to the one-way traffic system. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s worth planning your travel times accordingly.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend Palace Hotel Cipanas to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing mountain getaway. I would happily stay here again.

It is non air conditioned but have a very pleasant weather.. room includes daily breakfast (a buffet of fried rice, noodle, and sunny side up)
