"I genuinely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Racecourse. Everything was just so well done—the rooms were clean, the amenities were great, and the service was totally premium. Plus, getting that view of the racecourse was such a nice touch.
It’s in a really sweet spot, too. You can easily hop on the metro or head over to Majestic, and places like Cubbon Park and UB City are super close, even though the airport is a bit of a drive.
The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so nice. Overall, such a great vibe. I'll definitely be back!"
"The hotel was cleaned and properly maintained. The food is also good. But sometimes the behaviour of room service was not pleasant. The chief is good but the way of communicating is not. But i like the behaviour of the food serving staff especially one person and shatrughan the recipient"
"I used it in business.
Overall satisfied, but Wi-Fi was weak and hindered work. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is very delicious. The price is a little high."
"The room was clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The transportation was very convenient, and the staff were professional, polite, and patient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely worth it!"
"The location is so good for us.
It was smooth to reach customer place.
There were some amenities in my room, so customer did not need to bring some amenities by ourselves."
"The lobby looks good but the room is a bit old. The hotel installed pre-fabricated toilet which gives a lower class feel and it is rather small. Location is good. Don’t board the tuk-tuk in front of the hotel, they will try to bring you to shop of their choice instead of sending you to your destination. Staffs are friendly."
"It's in a quiet area and has a good location.
The facilities are clean and the breakfast was delicious.
The minibar was broken, but they replaced the entire refrigerator."
"Exceptional Stay at Narthaki Boutique Hotel – A Hidden Gem in Bangalore!
As Managing Director of Destination Transformation, a company dedicated to facilitating affordable, world-class medical tourism to India, I am always cautious when selecting accommodations for myself and my clients. Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality.
However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience.
The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.
The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides.
I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is now on our recommended list for clients traveling to Bangalore for medical or dental procedures, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!"
"Hotel staff is good. Peaceful. Location is good. All places at 30-40 mins distance. Cabs are easily available. Got a good deal and glad i made a decision to stay here."

Amazing
PPranit S KumarDuring my recent stay at The Oberoi Bengaluru, I was truly captivated by the serene beauty and exceptional service offered by this magnificent hotel. Nestled in the bustling heart of the city on Mahatma Gandhi Road, it provided a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility.
From the moment I arrived, the hotel's lush, award-winning gardens, with their towering raintrees, offered a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, an iPad for in-room customization, and Ayurvedic toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my stay.
One of the standout features was the impeccable service. The personal butlers were attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring that every need was met with grace and efficiency. The dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse range of cuisines that catered to every palate. Whether it was the sumptuous Indian dishes or the delectable Italian fare, every meal was a culinary delight.
The spa and wellness facilities were the perfect antidote to a busy day, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, with the use of wind energy and EV charging stations highlighting their dedication to the environment.
Overall, The Oberoi Bengaluru provided an unforgettable experience, seamlessly combining modern luxury with timeless elegance. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent stay in Bengaluru.

GGuest UserI booked for three nights but due to a change in my schedule, I only stayed for two nights. However, they still charged me for all three nights. Shouldn't they only charge for two nights if the initial mandatory stay was just one night, and I checked out after two? The hotel told me that because I booked through Trip.com, cancellations or changes weren't possible, and Trip.com told me to contact the hotel. They just kept passing the buck! I will not be using Trip.com again.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.
风风筝爱旅行The location is very good, it is only five minutes to walk to church street and MG road. It is also close to the subway station. It is considered to be the location of downtown Bangalore, so it is highly recommended. The room was very nice and it was clean and clean. The waiter was also unexpectedly welcoming, which was different from what I encountered at other hotels, so it was very pleasant. There is a roof bar on the fifth floor, very comfortable and open-air. The general price of beer. In general, I will choose South Star next time, because I really stayed very happy. In addition, Mysore also has a South Star, I have lived, it is also very good, and the price is very high.
GGuest Userlocation : excellent

food : breakfast is below average though spread is good
service: though checkin , checkout were smooth, room wasn't cleaned on day 2 of stay. had to request to clean up.

AAbhi chatterjiWas there for one night but no complains at all apart from the room given to me was next to service lift which kept going up and down the whole night. Rest was all cool. The bed was nice.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff was prompt to look into my requirements of late check in and airport and within the city transfers. They were prompt in offering me a good room. The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. It was their 13th anniversary when I visited. wishing them luck and many more gr8 years in serving excellent experiences to the customers.
