"Good location"

"I initially had a misunderstanding with this hotel, I needed to make a cancellation, but they did not go to the meeting. That's when I arrived. I booked a triple room, but it turned out to have no windows. With a smell. I asked for an exchange for a double room with a window. To the mosque. The room is good. The bathroom is tidy enough. There is hot and cold water, and the pressure is good. The Bed was Clean. But in general, I don't want to stop here again, I didn't like the spirit of the athelers. I didn't like the attitude. and anyway, I didn't really like the hotel for a C.."

"The hotel is situated on the rather bustling, historic Main Bazaar street; however, the windows and entrance face a quiet side alley, so street noise is not an issue. The reception staff are friendly. Room cleaning rates a 3 or 4 out of 5: there were several spots in the room that appeared somewhat grimy, and the sink drain was poor. We wore slippers inside the room (our own—the hotel does not provide them), and the soles became heavily soiled, indicating that the floors are not cleaned thoroughly. The bedside table is slightly damaged—I am not sure how the staff could fail to notice this, as it requires minor repairs. Pros: hot water with good pressure, and bottled drinking water is replenished daily. There is also a station on the floor providing tea, coffee, and sugar. A major downside is the food. We had booked both breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately, out of our five-day stay, we only ate there once—the food is not tailored to foreign tourists, consisting entirely of Indian cuisine. Regrettably, we were also unimpressed with the quality of the food: the chicken soup contained floating bits of skin and had an unpleasant flavor, while the chicken in sauce was cold—even though the sauce itself was hot—suggesting the chicken had simply been added to the sauce at the last minute. The kitchen staff wear proper culinary uniforms, which is a plus; however, the tables in the dining area were somewhat dirty, and there were visible traces of dried residue on the dishes. I would like to make a separate note regarding the room design: the color scheme is a successful choice, though the room is in need of some minor maintenance work. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the linens are clean and fresh. The towels, however, are in need of replacement."

"Stop at The Metrostay and remained in full delight with incredible hospitality and perfect purity! The rooms look very modern and stylish, and the mattresses are so comfortable that after a saturated day in the city you sleep instantly. The location of the metro is particularly pleased in two steps, which allows you to get quickly and without bottlenecks to any point in Delhi. I thank the staff for their sincere smiles and willingness to help in any minute service here really at the height! And the staff does everything possible and impossible to solve any difficulties that arise! I stop here not for the first time."

"Everything was smooth except the location. It is located near the railway station which always has traffic. Cab drivers don't like going there and charge extra. The water in the room was always boiling hot because of the hot weather. The room that they gave me faced the street and there was always traffic and honking. Other than that, everything was great"

"*Poor hospitality - hotel staff lying to guests & downgrading guest’s room type during their stay* This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I find the location and facilities suitable. However, I am extremely disappointed this time due to the poor level of hospitality. I booked my stay from February 11 to 14 initially, and then added one more night on February 10. We arrived at the hotel at 23:45 on February 10. When we checked in, we informed the staff that we had two bookings. At first, the staff asked us to check out and check in again on February 11. This was very strange and inconvenient for us. After some discussion, the staff said we did not need to check out and check in again on February 11. The room type was also upgraded to a suite, and the staff assured us that this upgrade would be valid for the entire stay until February 14. On February 11, around 16:00, we received a call from the hotel informing us of issues on the entire 11th floor and requesting us to move to another room. This was very disturbing, as we had just checked in late the previous evening. Unpacking and repacking our bags exhausted us. The staff assured us that the new room would be of the same type as our current one. However, when we moved and reached the new room, it was a standard room. We are disappointed that the staff has been dishonest. How can a hotel downgrade a guest’s room during their stay? This is absolutely unacceptable. When we called the staff, they claimed that we had to leave the suite because it was full. The reason given earlier (issues on the 11th floor) was a lie. Moreover, we did not receive a room of the same type as our original one. This has been a completely horrible experience for us. When we returned at night, we saw that some guests were going to the 11th floor, which indicates there are no issues there. This clearly shows that the staff's explanation was false. I hope there will be an explanation. Is this discrimination because I am not a local Indian? I also believe that better training for your staff is needed. This kind of hospitality only damages the hotel’s reputation. I am also providing the upgraded and downgraded room type as a proof of this comment."

"It was an truly amazing experience during my stay with them, they are friendly enough to cater your requirements if you're on a professional trip, in my case I needed some prints, iron to press clothes, they even brought my swiggy packages to doorstep. 5/5."
