The room was okay, but the air conditioning would suddenly make a loud noise and wake me up, which wasn't great for my jet lag. The city tax has gone up again, it's almost 10 euros a night now. Everything else was good, and you definitely have to try the breakfast, it's pretty decent.

Well located hotel Historic (old train station) I waited more than 30 minutes to get my vehicle back... too bad

This hotel perfectly embodies the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle, which is a must-have for Chinese travelers. Tea bags and slippers are also provided. It features an en-suite bathroom, a safe, and a refrigerator. All necessary amenities are available. The absolute biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location, right next to the train station. Catching the airport shuttle is super easy and convenient – it's just downstairs, truly saving a lot of time and hassle. The value for money for a hotel in this location is exceptional.

⭐⭐ 2/5 Mixed experience – good location and kind female staff, but very disappointing room and service from both male staff. We stayed here during our trip to Milan. The hotel’s location is great, close to the Duomo and the train station and the room size was quite decent. The female staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing. When we first checked in, our room had a strong smell of urine. We informed the male staff, Lorenzo, who initially seemed helpful, but after we asked to change rooms, he started to show signs of annoyance. Instead of changing our room right away, he asked another young male staff member to spray air freshener. Unfortunately, the freshener mixed with the smell only made things worse and gave us a bad headache. When we went back to the reception to request a room change again, Lorenzo became even more irritated and said we should have told him earlier — even though we already did. He then gave us a bottle of freshener to use for that night, but it didn’t help at all. By that time, there were no rooms left to move to, so we had to spend the night in the same smelly room. On top of that, the toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned and still had stains, which was very unpleasant. We would have given 1 star, but we added another star for the spacious room, convenient location, and the polite and kind female staff members. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

The service was incredibly attentive, and they made sure we were comfortable at all times. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were perfect. Plus, it's super close to the Duomo and the entire city center, so you can easily rest whenever you need to during your trip.

Overall, it was just okay. The location is excellent; seeing the cathedral just around the corner was stunning. Since the cathedral is surrounded by commercial streets, shopping and dining are incredibly convenient – you can find pretty much anything you need. However, the interior left a lot to be desired. First, there were stains on the room's sofa that looked like blood. Breakfast is in the basement, requiring a separate elevator. What's concerning is that this elevator seems to connect to the outside, raising security worries about external individuals potentially accessing the guest room area. When this elevator reaches the ground floor, it doesn't lead to the lobby; you have to go back to the guest room area to take another elevator to the lobby. Additionally, the breakfast area wasn't very hygienic. There were often small flying insects, and the tableware wasn't clean; the glass had noticeable water stains. Most unacceptable was that the cutlery at my table had been used but was placed directly in front of me. I only realized after finishing my meal that the knife I hadn't used had traces of butter on it.

It's a pretty nice guesthouse, clean and hygienic, and easy to find. Located in the city center, transportation is very convenient, and the rooms are relatively large for their European size. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance. The location is quiet despite being in a bustling area. I'd definitely go again next time. I forgot to take any pictures.

The hotel is in a great location and is very close to Chinatown, with a metro station nearby, so it’s really convenient. However, it was extremely noisy at night. There was partying right below the hotel with very very very loud music, and I couldn’t fall asleep at all. You can also hear noise from the corridor, so the soundproofing is horrible!
