Unfortunately, my little milk pot's lid broke, so I had to sadly throw it away (I don't have other pictures, just look at the background briefly; the bed was very clean and even had a latex pillow).

After reporting this to the hotel, they only placed a spray bottle in the bathroom, which didn't solve the fundamental problem. 3. Noise Issues: The room wasn't soundproofed, and the hallway was very noisy whenever someone spoke. Furthermore, the hotel's cleaning staff spoke loudly in the hallway and threw cleaning tools outside my room. 4. Overall Facilities: The hotel entrance is about 100 meters long, and the passageway was still under construction; the pavement wasn't paved, and workers were doing painting during the day, which was very inconvenient. 5. Hotel Breakfast: For some reason, the hotel did not offer breakfast and required us to have it at the neighboring J24 Hotel. This was very inconvenient and was my biggest complaint.

The hotel located 20 mins far from Duomo in the North accessible by tram. The room was clean. And spacious enough for 2. They provided shampoo and body wash. Even some equipments did not work but they came to fix it right away. They have only one electronic socket point in the room which is a little bit difficult for 2 people but they brought us the spare plugs socket so it was solved.

It has a private bathroom and even a washing machine for laundry. There's also an independent kitchen for cooking, fully equipped with pots, pans, bowls, chopsticks, forks, and all sorts of utensils – perfect for travelers like us who need to cook. The host is a very friendly Chinese person with great service, always answering any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here.

Make sure the room you booked is the same. They offer both duplexes and standard rooms, and they claim they're upgraded versions of the standard room, so they'll give you the standard room. The door is tricky to open; you have to turn it clockwise three times, and it also has to be locked three times. The room shown in the photo is not the one I was assigned; it's a different room.
