"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is its biggest advantage. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The downsides are that the bathroom light is motion-activated, so it would suddenly turn off while showering. The 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo came in a tiny bottle. The food and drinks in the mini-fridge cost extra, and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive. For both days I stayed, it wouldn't turn on automatically, and I had to go to the front desk to get it working. On the first day, it was too cold, and on the second, the airflow was very weak. The soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear noise from the hallway. Overall, though, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was a double."

"The family room was excellent, with plenty of space. The two beds were cleverly converted from a sofa, which was very practical. The mattresses were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and breakfast was plentiful. This hotel offers great value for money, especially for families with two children."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right across the street from the main train station, and having a subway entrance downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient. There are also tons of dining options nearby. I stayed for three nights, and the convenience of getting around was a huge plus. I booked a balcony room, and the view was great, plus the room was spotless. The service was also very good. My only real complaint is that the in-room facilities and amenities were quite inconvenient. I could overlook not having a kettle or coffee maker (though room service could bring a kettle if needed), but there weren't even any regular drinking glasses – only two small mouthwash cups on the sink. For a triple room, there was only one stool... Overall, it's a great spot with good hygiene and a nice view; just don't expect much else from the amenities."

"Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and good facilities. Check in was quick and straightforward. Room was perhaps a little dated in terms of decor, but beautifully clean and had everything I needed. Shower was amazing with instant, powerful hot water, handheld and rainfall heads and lovely soft towels. TV has Chromecast as well as international channels, so you can use your normal streaming services from your phone. WiFi was great and free, even in the lift. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city, with food that tasted fresh and of good quality. The main tourist sites are some distance away, but the metro is just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and the streets around the hotel have everything you should need."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Hotel, Great Location – Don’t Let the Bed Bug Comment Scare You! At first, I was a bit unsure after seeing a review mentioning bed bugs — but honestly, I think that may have just been a one-off or a disgruntled guest. Everyone gets them! Personally, I had no issues at all. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I didn’t make it to breakfast during my stay, but I did catch a glimpse one morning on my way out — and it looked absolutely delicious. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The only minor letdown was that the safe wasn’t working — we were told it would be fixed, but unfortunately it wasn’t during our stay. Other than that, everything else was spot on. Big shout-out to the cleaning staff — they did a fantastic job."

"The hotel truly excels in its attention to detail, a testament to Italian aesthetics! The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bathroom features high-quality Duravit fixtures. The room itself is beautiful and exquisitely designed. The service is excellent; all staff are friendly, and the front desk gentlemen speak excellent English. You absolutely must try the breakfast—it's incredible value for money. The restaurant service is superb, and the food is both delicious and varied."

"It's a very old hotel, but the facilities are good. Because the breakfast is delicious and the overall room rate is lower than the surrounding areas, I stayed here twice in Milan. Opposite the hotel is a large park, which is very beautiful in spring. It's OK to walk to the city center to buy things. The surrounding sushi restaurants and ice cream shops are also delicious."

"The hotel is located between the Central Station and Milan Cathedral. If you're comfortable walking within a 2km radius, then its location is excellent, allowing you to easily walk to either the train station or the Duomo. The room was quite small and the price wasn't low, but the front desk allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated."

"I stayed for eight nights. The first room was quite small but acceptable; the second one was much better and more comfortable. The bathroom was very good and modern, although the lighting — both in the room and bathroom — could be improved. The hotel has been recently opened and feels like a modern business-style hotel. Cleanliness was good throughout my stay. Amenities such as a kettle, slippers, or toiletries are only available upon request, which might be inconvenient for some guests. The staff was polite and responsive. The location is excellent — right in front of Porta Venezia metro station (not Lima), just three stops from the Duomo, and also very convenient for reaching the fairgrounds. The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just across the street. Overall, the service could still improve a bit, but it’s a good value for money. I would stay here again."
